3 Shots none on target. I get he's limited to who he plays but there is no attacking intent. Keep playing the dog with the balloon and this will keep happening. Great to see the defence working well.

3. Dull, dull dull. No shots on target, no identity, no ambition, no style. Weird subs. Awful to watch again.

5 a lower bottom half team gets an away draw at a playoff chasing side on paper looks an OK result and clearly Jones's celebration at the end suggests his negative set up and negative subs got what he wanted....but offensively it's as bad as anything Rowett and Lambert produced.

What a load of bollox. Rowett had 1 window to turn round a squad that needed completely changing. He brought in some decent editions and it is that and Rowetts time in charge that in more than likely going to keep us up. He like NJ could not turn round the shambles that was left him in 1 window, it is going to take a long time and many changes in the setup of the club before we start seeing improvements. NJ has now had the same amount of windows as Rowett had, so he should be judged in exactly the same way as Rowett was, to blame Rowett for all our woes is just daft. I like NJ he has passion and connects with the fans and works his nads off, but his stats at the amount are alarming/appalling and we are in danger next year if he continues in the same vein. It is hypocrisy to say we need to give NJ time while saying Rowett did a poor job and it was right to get rid him, Rowett did better in his 1 window than NJ did in his and Rowetts results/performances/stats were miles better. Afobe, Ince and McClean are our front 3 and the players Rowett wanted to sign. It has been proven we are severely lacking in attacking intent and quality... how is that not Rowett's fault? I blame Rowett because he spent a fortune on the players HE wanted. Jones has not had that money to spunk, the 2 players he has signed though are decent ones for where we are now. He may have spent a lot, but he inherited a squad(like Jones) that needs massive changes, you could have argued that the entire squad(not just starting 11) needed replacing when Rowett came in, either because we had players with shocking attitudes or were crocked or miles past there sell by date(or all three). Also he did not get all the players he wanted, he was linked with quite a few defenders before having to make do with what the transfer team brought in at the last minute - after they failed to bring any of his targets in that area Nobody was/is going to pick up this shambles of a club and waltz in and gain auto promotion, the expectation at the start of the season was ridiculous and for some reason, it is now calming down to reasonable levels - with most people now realising it is going to take time. NJ(based on stats) is a far bigger risk than Rowett. Fans, on the whole, seem to love NJ and the board/backroom staff have another man like Lambert/Hughes who will just do as he is told and not rock the boat unlike Rowett who apparently had many backroom battles(which, for me, is the type of character we needed). We have a small spine of players good enough for this level or at least decent squad players and a few of those are players Rowett brought in. We still need an entire new back 5 and some flair in midfield and a prolific striker if we are thinking top half next year. That won't come cheap for any manager and will not guarantee us promotion. Players I would keep for next year: Top Half Standard: Etebo, Allen(on his day) Championship Standard: Ince, Mclean, Vokes(hopefully), Woods(if we can get the best out of him) Squad Players: Edwards, Batth, Shawcross, Afobe Everybody else, for me, desperately need to move on and free up the wage bill
