Second chance if Allardyce rocks up? He signed him for Blackburn.

Turkish speculation, which is usually crap, links him to Bursaspor.. www.fotomac.com.tr/bursaspor/2019/01/03/gozdesi-okaka-ve-dioufBursaspor coach Samet Aybaba, Watford Okaka and Stoke Diouf to management, "We will take them," he sent a transfer message. Technical Director Samet Aybaba continued his search for forward and wing support and sent a message to the management for the names he wanted. Experienced trainer speaking at the team's Antalya camp, "We need a name that will affect our direct score. Okaka and Diouf. Such football players will be useful to the team. Okaka, a 29-year - old Nigerian -born Italian striker who has not had the chance to play at Watford in the English Premier League , played only 2 games. The 31-year-old Senegalese striker Diouf, who played at Stoke in England Championship , was sweaty in 8 games and made 1 assist. .

If he goes he gets a massive thank you and good luck from me.
The last couple of seasons haven’t been great, but he’s been a decent servant for us and played a big part in our Premier League success.
It’s definitely time though.......

I agree Phil. For all of his many faults, I'd argue that Diouf has far more to offer than Berahino. He's quicker, stronger, better in the air and, I think, more capable of scoring. His hold up play lets him down but you can't have everything. It seems clear that he's being prepared for departure by Rowett, as is Bojan and Bauer. He's just about better in the air. He's shite. Berahino is 5x the striker he is.

He's a bit shit, but I'd rather have him than Afobe. At least he puts himself about.
