Ajax-Madrid is a classic old European tie Ajax could genuinely turn them over this year too.

Ajax-Madrid is a classic old European tie Ajax could genuinely turn them over this year too. Unlikely. They don't play until 2019 for starters. And Real have a habit of finding their best form in the months of February and March. They will probably win the cup fourth year running.

They will probably win the cup fourth year running. They were excellent in both games against Munich and should have won the second one but for messing around at the back, they still went up the other end and got a point too. They'll be a stern test. If Madrid still had Ronaldo I'd think they would be in with a real chance of a 4th consecutive title, as it is I can't see them threatening any of Barcelona, PSG, Juventus or even Man City and Liverpool this season.

Spurs - Dortmund, Liverpool - Bayern both look like great ties on paper.

They'll mess up again at the back, and, let's see how many of their players are still at the club after the latest transfer window. It might not be a mass clearout, but if they lose Dollberg and deLigt they're in trouble.

Inevitable that Solsk will get found out at CL level. ManU fans are mental for wanting him permanently

Really weird game.
Barely strung 2 passes together all night, and they're winning 2-1

Every time I've seen Smalling this season he's been fantastic, improved massively imo. Will he get back in the England squad?
