Nothing excuses those actions. It's utterly deplorable, embarrassing and very sad. They're under 21's I'm sure they'll get better as they mature.

Seriously......I wonder how Birmingham ever recovered from the battle of Rocky Rd around 12 years ago? It was chaos and mindless but the world won’t end henry Problem is wez, when we're herded around like shit, locked out of pubs, not served ale in the away end or pepper sprayed by some feral dog of a Policeman who has lost control in the future any complaints wont carry any weight. Just because some knobheads decided to wave their cocks about in a game about as important as The Dog and Duck versus Dresden Nomads on Longton Park. Behave mate It was a one off and nothing more so until it happens again ( hopefully not ) it’s only then that we should be judged Im talking about the disorder and not the anti social stuff that usually goes on HT etc...that stuff happens at every club who take a big following and fill a concourse It’s was akin to a riot in there last night mate but cmon let’s not knee jerk eh

This goes beyond football, meetings like this outline the undercurrent of frustration in society felt in the majority by young, white males, Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas offer very little now for this demographic. It’s an outlet for anger, their strength is reinforced by the like minded individuals that they are surrounded by, on both sides of the police lines. This is not a reflection on Stoke City Football Club, this is a deep rooted problem brought on by a host of social and economic issues. It's always someone else's fault isn't it? Few people seem to be willing to take responsibility for their actions such as admitting that they are an ill-educated moron who thinks that life owes him and if it doesn't provide for him, someone is going to pay for it!! YCNMIU!!

And for that, those cunts from last night can get to the sea, the fucking cunts. Embarrassing themselves like that in a reserve match we were fucking hammered in. Small time cunts.

The irony is that the vast majority of them wouldn't say boo to a fucking goose. It's much easier to kick in a toilet.

Believe me, I’m certainly not naive Hibs rioted at a cup final last season, Manchester United and Manchester City fought pitched battles after a recent derby, Newcastle United rioted a few seasons ago etc etc the list goes on.....are they all now treated with utter contempt People attitudes are still raw but It was a hopefully one off .....not the end of time

Well I have two tickets for Villa.
Have never been in trouble or arrested in my life.
I am dreading the reception I may well get from the West Mids Police thanks to the Knuckle draggers behaviour last night.

I will never be very impressed by people making trouble for others and destroying things. If people can't take a defeat without being physical or violent they'd better stay away. This is my opinion and it will never change. I love football, but I hate that people make it an excuse for bad behaviour!

In this day and age with mobile phones being everywhere the chances of footage should be high,if you won`t go to the police give it the club post on line just do something to help stop this thuggery. Whilst I fully condemn the behaviour of a certain number of stoke fans Turning stoke fans against each other will solve sod all There will be sufficient cctv coverage to act against the guilty Every little helps, and if it rids Stoke of scum all the better i say

Go past the obvious. Look at the girl taking the photograph, WTF and the guy with the bottle. I wonder if they’ll be in court in addition to the “gentleman” standing on the perimeter wall I can't see clearly but i don't think taking a photo will land her in court. Or are eyes are not what they were Waggy. If you double click on the photo it should open up. In respect of taking a photograph it's perhaps just me thinking out aloud, "FFS what type of society do we live in"...........I'm getting to old

Question: what do you think the South Stand would be looking like if it had been at our place? They only sold about 300 tickets until it became obvious that they'd be made to look a bit silly with no support at their own ground, so it would probably look empty.

Question: what do you think the South Stand would be looking like if it had been at our place? What do you think that's got to do with anything? You're comparing the actual events and behaviour of our fans to something other fans *might* have done in a hypothetical scenario. What's the point?

I am pointing out that all this sensationalised nonsense over some smashed windows and a few broken seats does not warrant all this dramatic out cry over a few idiots. Seen the video the Daily Mail and Sky News are sharing from their London offices - not even a sniff of a punch being thrown. If local, independent businesses have been smashed up in Burslem then it is a different matter. It was always going to happen, it happens all the time with other clubs. No one has been hurt, Stoke will foot the bill, now move on.

I'm saying, let's stop making out the faction of fans that decided to misbehave are scum of the earth, when they're not. Vale would have done the same, Brum do the same at Villa etc. It isn't perceived sensationalism, how many headlines have you seen with the 'first derby in 16 years' in them? I do agree and personally I wouldn't have got involved in such antics. But how serious was it? Really? I can think of far worse things going on in the world that are perpetrated by badly behaved men.
