Nice little draw, no travel and an easy chance to progress to the next round.

Some of those amongst us have yet to experience such delights of a Vale/Stoke game at beautiful Hamil Rd
Some of those amongst us have memories of Staffordshire Police mounting operations on a scale last seen at your average G8 conference or Poll Tax riot
Checkatrade or not, expect a few new posters on here to fan the flames over the coming weeks, expect Mr T.Pope Esq to spout the usual anti Stoke bile from his chops....and no doubt another plane over The 365 if they get some sort of victory.

Ohh that is enticing... I also love how Vale says there is no way to win this, but also loves that gate money keeping them afloat so they have to endure the possible embarrassment, what a catch 22.

Thought there would have been more in attendance when the Potteries Reserve derby met in 2015 at Vale Park. Didn't have an away end, finished 1-1. Will be different this time around.
Wonder what our allocation will be? There will be 100 away fans and 200 old bill.

Can't say I've ever been on onevalefan but couldn't resist having a nose. Can't see any of them being happy about it and they're spending more time calling each other scum or scabs for daring to say they might go along to the match and they want to form a picket line to stop vale fans going haha

Out U23s get around 500 for one of their league matches, 70 travelled to Carsile. This will be over 1k

Let's take 5000 that would really take the piss. Oh by the way Sunderland took 1500 to Morecambe the other night and they had already qualified

Can you imagine the youth of today going back 20 years on Waterloo road? Outside the 147 snooker club? Or on Newcastle street outside the pub (name escapes me) not a stone island jacket in sight, or chanting we are stoke as the police turn up! My god, if our new breed of beer throwing spackas turn up do yourself a favour lads and donāt cry when it goes nasty
