Rowett knows whats needed, i recon he is playing the board at there own game ,he has not got all the players he wanted (Chesters Richie) and has to work with the shit we had from last season . They wont sack him and we should not even look at that option ,he know needs to rebuild the team ,forget promotion this season ,clear the dead wood ,bring in players who want to play for the club ,there are certain players there at the moment who need wake up and get there act together. Williams should never play again ,he wanted get sent off last night ,mark my words Rowett was not happy last night expect fireworks ,i recon we get behind Rowett and let him get on with it ,these results will allow him to drop players with out the big boys asking why. Yep, clear the back line and DM as well as the GK. Give the other lads the shirts

Having slept on it, Rowett looks massively out of his depth. We have no idea, no passion, no commitment and sadly no identity. I have no idea what he is trying to achieve, and if you thought Hughes’s substitutions were baffling, I give you last night. Ince and Berahino were out two best players last night, and the 1st two to be changed. Inept, and time to go. Ince was injured.

GO !
My only reservation is who we would bring in next to replace him.
May as well make Rory manager and see what he can do with this shower.

I just can't see him sorting out the mess, and getting the team to do what we wants.
Go. Sadly.

He needs to re build this isn't his team. No point in bringing in manger after manager.

I was pleased when we got him but pre-season ans now these first 4 games have left me less keen. Not keen on McClean(don't care about his politics) but his ability is troubling - so why was Rowett so keen to get him? Ince ok, Afobe- ok as for his use of what he's got - again troubling that he keep picking Fletcher is beyond my comprehension. and his chopping and changing formation again is troublesome. So after careful consideration my vote is..... erm

Go. After last season, we needed a no nonsense manager. Rowett is out of his depth with the Stoke job. He hasn't had enough experience to deal with the problems Stoke have got. We will be relegated come Christmas the way he has us playing.

Two games While we waiting should be on the phone to Alladyce Pointless phone call. No chance of getting him, none at all. There’s one thing fat sam likes more than pints of red wine and that’s the shillings to buy it Offer him enough he’ll coming running

After last night's debacle I'm in the don't know camp.
He's now been at the club for a number of weeks. He's looked at what he's inherited, he's been given funds, he's brought in players, he's brought in his coaching staff entourage, he's had time with the players to get begin getting his message across. The sum total of all this is diddly squat. We've not moved on one inch. The minimum requirement had to be stop the rot and build from there. In reality we've gone backwards.
This suggests one of two scenarios. Either the players aren't listening to him, or they are listening but he's talking bollocks. Either way, we're in deep shit unless something changes drastically.
I'm beginning to wonder whether he's out of his depth.

Rowett has to stay. It's only four games into the season, he has inherited an ageing and unfit side totally bereft of confidence, and doesn't seem to have full power over the recruitment. A much better question would be "why didn't we appoint Graham Potter in January?" He has to go. No he doesn't - he has to stay. This utter shambles is down to gutless players with no strength of character. Rowett has to put a marker down. If the fancy dan drama queens won't do it, get the kids in to shame them for lack of application. We can't do any worse with honest kids, than having the utter crap we have had to endure from the charlatans and spineless losers have dredged up. Whilst we are at it, sue that waster who walked out of training - for breach of contract.

Massive go from me, I’ve seen what type of players he likes and based on McLean I’d dread his type of 11 and his totally non existent tactics it’s painful to watch and like 11 blokes having kick around at Fenton Park Massively disappointed
