Its a silly question at this point of the season, but sadly it is now needed.
Should the manager Say or Go? Simple as that.

He won’t be going anywhere. We are already paying Hughes and Lambert, Rowetts compensation to Derby, plus Rowett. We won’t be adding another managers wage to that lot. Plus we are onlym4 games in. Nothing will change.

Nothing will change. I'll be surprised if we're still paying Hughes, isn't it the norm these days that departing managers get less if they find a new job within a set period of time?

Stay. He’s saying all the right things in interviews ans press conferences and I honestly believe he means them.
He’s inherited a group of players that are mentally shot to pieces and that’s going to take a long time to stabilise and get going again.

Of course he has to stay,
Pep fucking guardiola couldn't get a tune out of this pathetic bunch of clowns
I said it pre season and I will say it again
Put all your asperations of promotion to bed and hope that we can fight for a 10 to 14 position finish, get rid of the shite and dead wood and just hope the club can put something together for the following year
We did not just get relegated because we had a good cup run and took our eye off the ball, or get relegated because we were jolly unlucky, we went down because we were beyond shit, we were truly woeful in one of the weakest premier league's that I can remember
We were really bad

No decision until after the Huddersfield game he may just stumble on a decent line up over those two games if we lose both though and I think we may be in trouble and questions need to be asked

Stay.
With the squad he's inherited he's got a tough job.
His squad is so poor some of the players have to be picked however bad they play because there are no alternatives. McClean and Pieters being the classic case.

Significantly worse than we were under Lambert but there’s no way the board can admit that now - they’d be a laughing stock and everyone below the board would need to resign (or get more pay-offs).
They’ll give him until November and if there’s no improvement they’ll offer Allardyce or Pulis the world (off the record) or approach some random in desperation if they can’t get them.

McClean and Pieters being the classic case. Was with you 100% until you mentioned McClean, Rowett chased him, over paid and bought him yet 50% of the fan base knew he was worthless and not up to the job, he inherited Pieters so can only do his best and play him, McClean IS Rowetts alternative and as such he has to take the flack that goes with that player

Rowett could have probably worked here, with a clean slate. Instead what he has is a mentally broken squad. Too scared in possession, not daring enough going forward and panicked at the back. The best thing to do, as much as we probably wouldn’t have wanted to hear it was to be honest and say we are going to start another 5 year plan. Gut the squad and let him build something here. What we have is this hideous hybrid of last year’s detritis and this year’s garbage. This is our lowest moment since 2002 for me.

I haven't seen a single area that's he's improved us, anyone?
If we were losing but you could pinpoint improvements then you'd give him time. I wouldn't be to upset if he went but I'd be concerned with who we'd then get in

Yes he should definitely stay, it’s time for someone who is strong and not a yes man to erase the past of Hughes & Pulis and to build a new team and if it takes 2-3 years so be it, I signed up for Stoke for life with no promises .

Rowett has to stay. It's only four games into the season, he has inherited an ageing and unfit side totally bereft of confidence, and doesn't seem to have full power over the recruitment.
A much better question would be "why didn't we appoint Graham Potter in January?"

He will stay - But he needs to grow some balls and drop Shawcross - Pieters - Fletcher as a bare minimum. FAST

Go without a doubt he has bought nothing any different to the team/club than Hughes or Lambert in fact its got worse & nobody can really say any different. The players are clearly not on board with his style tactics or anything else he is trying to do we need to change now while there is still hope of mounting a challenge for at least a play off place. Big Sam should be given whatever he wants to take the job.

We need to simplify things and make ourselves harder to get through. He is stubborn enough to continue with what is basically 4 players up front in Afobe, Berahino, McClean and Ince- problem is that since/McClean have no inclination to defend, Berahino isn’t going to drop to defend and as a result we are continually overrun in midfield as Fletcher is as mobile as a mobility scooter and Allen is drawn out of position like a headless chicken. We are so so easy to get at it’s untrue.

Stay.
The past 12 months have proven that a change of manager is not the answer. The club has problems which run far deeper than Rowett.
Recruitment is the root cause.
Other than Leicester and Ranieri, name another time when a bunch of average or shite players have ever won anything!!
Our team is not good enough. End of. Bring in Pep, Bielsa or fucking Penn & Teller...it won't suddenly make us promotion contenders.
