Or are our players beyond help? I, for one, despair at his team selections already. I honestly think we look worse than we did under Lambert.

I’d carry Pulis on my back from Middlesbrough to Stoke.
This isn’t sarcasm or trying for a reaction. He’s exactly what we need.

Fucking Pottermouse could do better than Rowett at the moment. He seems absolutely clueless

Plenty, but non that would even be entertained to be employed by this board. Too foreign, too young, too not like the capped one etc etc. When you fish in a pool of 1 you get the manager you deserve. Massive dereliction of duty.

He's so far out of his depth that he's already drowned us.
We just haven't clocked it yet.
The simplest man-management was to take Williams off after he'd targetted Powell.
Then again after his final warning, that really is basics...

By the time we got another manager in the window would probably be closed. I honestly don't think anyone could get a tune out of our midfield and defence.

His signings have been beyond poor but his team selections are baffling to say the least. Bauer mercilessly axed for the hapless Edwards Bojan in and out, even playing on the wing tonight Fletcher...dire Problems all over the pitch. I can’t see any redeeming features in this motley crew at all...we could easily go down again.

We needed a complete overhaul this summer and the noises from the club suggested that’s what we’d get.
In reality the two jokers who are arguably most culpable are still in place, seemingly untouchable, and we’ve brought in a manager who is a shit version of Tony Pulis.
The blame lies squarely with mr “I don’t see what all the fuss is about”.

Lambert got more than Rowett has but for 30 mins we looked ok and if we had scored things would be different they are devoid of confidence you could see it draining out of them

Lambert was doing better. With a far worse forward line. Not saying I wanted to keep him, but nobody can tell me Rowett is picking the right players.

My worry is the players.
Are they playing for him?
It looks from my seat that they aren't arsed about him, their teammates or the club.
We are without doubt in a very dangerous situation.
Did we even have a shot on goal tonight?

I feel sorry for Rowett, when he looked at the back for we had he could be forgiven in thinking they would be at least be able to do a ob at this level, given their experience, he's being let down massively.

At this moment in time, I could do better with what we have. And I'd do it for half of what they're paying Rowett too.

Did we even have a shot on goal tonight? How can you tell if they're playing for him, they're struggling to do anything, most of them are too slow to react or even get there if they do.

No. Rowett is not accountable for this shit. Lambert got Shawcross, Indi, Bauer and Pieters much more organised and steady in his first game in charge having gone on a bad run under Hughes. Rowetts taken the same defence backwards since Lambert. Lambert problem was lack of goal scorers had he been backed he'd have done much better. It's easy saying that now in hindsight as I like a lot of people wanted Lambert out to.

I thought we did well for 30 minutes until their goal, which came from nothing.
The players take all the blame for me for that. I don't agree fully with his team selection, but it was working until experienced, professional footballers made mistakes not expected of a 4 year old.

Until he deals with the elephant in the room and by that I mean the captain then I can't see the defence changing. I feel for Ryan he has been a real stalwart but he has completely gone.
