Just mulling this over, and the qualification of them showing "the majority" of games should not be overlooked, particularly if we do well. The club will have the right to show all games apart from "those selected for TV broadcast" - I haven't seen anything to suggest that this means only UK coverage, and I would assume that the restrictions are the same as they are for iFollow, who use the term "international broadcast".. Now for the first two months that have been confirmed this season, four of our ten games are on telly. That puts us at 60% StokeCity+ coverage... I would assume that for the opening part of the season the TV companies spread their bets a bit about which games will be popular, but if we do well you can bet that Sky etc will be keener to show our games. Worth noting here that last season Villa and Leeds were both broadcast on TV *twenty-four* times - actually slightly more than half their games - and therefore ineligible for online streaming. Not meaning to rain on the parade, I'm almost certainly signing up anyway, but it's worth bearing in mind. You tend to think of "the majority" as being 75 or 85% but if we have a good season I don't reckon much more than half of our games will be available. Half the games is fine by me as long as the rest are televised and available via other streams or on down the pub. Would rather pay a monthly subscription for access to everything than per match but let's see. Maybe they'll give the pricing before the end of the year. Sure, there will probably be other alternatives for the televised games. I'll have to brush up on them mind, it's a while since I've had to find a reliable free stream...

I get excited everytime this thread goes back to the top (I know, I should get out more). Expecting news about the pricing etc. But more disappointment

Pricing? Oh yeah, what's the rush? The first game is only 4 days away! FFS!!!

I honestly don't think they (Stoke website) are ready. Saturday's match may have been an "oh shit moment" for them and they're probably still scrambling. But, it was DAZN's stream, so can't really say how Stoke's own organic streaming will work. And let me repeat, add a "live stream" button on the website--that was half the battle.

ESPN+ is a free download. Got it last season when some cup games were exclusive to it. Between that and the NBC got used to watching on an iPad.
Can confirm, we got the Leeds pre season games on whatever their ifollow is and they were pimping it on air as 4.99 single and 3.99 a game.

I guessing any of the televised games will be available on starstreams Yep, it's pretty much that simple I think ... If it's being broadcast in the UK, then Starstreams is your go to provider and if it isn't, then it's whatever the club are offering for all the other games.

I doubt they'll show the games in all honesty, they'll only show the games from the championship that are on sky football.

I've already got a crate of Peroni chilling for the train to Leeds and for PNE we'll be stopping off in a few of Blackpool's finest hostelries en route to Deepdale.
For home games, I'll probably go for my usual 8 bottles of Duval in The Glebe followed by a nice chianti on the walk up to the ground.
EDIT: Just read thread title again. Thought it said 'Steaming this season'

To anyone who had trouble registering to get the live matches on the Stoke website I advise emailing the club (as I did) and they will sort it for you. Apparently there was a bit of a glitch which is being sorted. I managed to register yesterday with the info they gave me!

If anyone could PM me some tips on how to set up a VPN and sign up for this service, I'd be very grateful 😁😁😉 I use IPVanish and it is very good. Beware of budget VPNs as they severely throttle your internet speeds. I pay £7ish per month. Works on all devices including Firestick

Club providing updates like Berahino provides goals.
Not sure how difficult it can be once all is in place to then tell people how much it's going to cost. I would have thought these simulations would have been run already.

There was some sort of Glitch which made it look like it wasn't letting you register/log in but if you went to the player after it would work. Took me about 15 mins from trying to register to finally getting the stream to play. The log in pop up page seemed to get stuck in a loop making it look like it hadn't logged you in when it had.
