Have you booked online tickets before? There can't be something wrong with the system if some of us have booked with no problems. First time mate. Understand what you're saying but others also having difficulty. If it's this flawed they should just release them at 9am to give everyone a fair chance with the phones and at the ground too Whilst this might sound simplistic, have you tried using a different web browser?

One thing I will say is they don't give you a space to enter your Client reference number anywhere, and as there's no button or anyway to update I think that could be it. If you could point me to a way to update the reference number then that could be very helpful

What a fucking joke this is. I have 160 points having attended all bar 1 Swansea last season. My boy has 130 points. My youngest has 30 points and my best mates boy has 20 points. I've been trying to purchase tickets for Leeds since 12.45am but for whatever reason the purchase won't complete. Fuck knows what is going on and 2 hours later I still don't have tickets.
Seriously. Stoke are fucking useless at everything. Quite why the fuck we bother god only knows.

How can it be so difficult? There are two ways to tell if you've bought them. You'll get a confirmation email at the address that you use to login. You can also look in the 'purchase history' section.

I’ve just logged tried to “log in” from google and had to move to safari (using an iPad). I found the navigation around the site could be easier. I’m not sure if I’m registered as a season ticket holder or not. It certainly does confirm it within my a/c details

I've got to visit a client this morning at 8.45 so no chance of me getting on the phone at 9am. If anyone from the Staffordshire/ west midlands / stoke area can get me a ticket i will pay you the money forthe ticket plus a box of beers And will come collect!
Staying up till 2am and having to be up for work at 6.30 with the site going tits up is no fun.

Leeds & Preston tickets sorted, became available at 12:01 You going with the usual suspects? There’s about 5/6 of us going Leeds on the train. Preston we’ve got 40 on the bus so far, leaving early doors for a little stop off in Blackpool en route.

Literally just got one from another oatcake user - tried calling but they dont even put you in queue anymore just say the phone lines are busy.
The website is a shambles - and so is the ticket office when calling them
Sorted now though thanks to another kind user

I can select choose seats or quick seats but when it gets to the seat selector page I can’t change the quantity from 0. When I type a 1 in it automatically jumps back to 0. Anyone else had this issue? Yes I had that problem but it’s only a problem with an I phone and if you look higher up the thread elgreco kindly told me how to overcome it. In fact I switched to a laptop and had no problems. I will however take it up with the club when I return to the U.K. next week. I nearly always book on line and rarely have any problems. However some fans clearly have had some issues. If it would help, I can offer the help of the FSF. If you send clear details of the problem to info@fsf.org.uk we will collate them and raise them with the club. Please be clear in defining exactly what the problem is In fairness to the club there are many positives.I think the allocation system is as fair as you can make it; the club do not charge either a membership fee or an admin fee for away tickets and they post them out free, usually very quickly in my experience. On all those counts they are better than most clubs and I think our ticketing service is good. But obviously where there are problems they should be addressed.
