Increasing our prices for fans of clubs who charge us a lot achieves nothing and is wrong in principle. It doesn’t punish the decision makers only fellow fans and makes fan unity across clubs more difficult to achieve. As our club motto says, unity is strength. The fans forum should press our club to take a lead on this in the EFL to try to get sensible pricing across the game.At national level the FSF will continue to raise this with the EFL.

Malcolm You are absolutely bang on with your comments. I understand from a good source that the club are/have been in contact with other clubs around this issue. I’m not aware of the outcome of any discussions (if there is one). Perhaps you could seek clarification via your contacts

My wife and I are planning to go to our first two games of the season, I know I will be able to get tickets for the home games from experience, but how many tickets will Stoke get for the Leeds game? Do you think it will be difficult to get tickets or will Stoke be given a big allocation for this game?

Stoke should set an example and shame the rip off prices and just charge the flat £30 or less What the club would lose on the £10 per head deduction x 2500 fans would be pennies not worth picking up off the floor for the Coates' anyway

FROM is the interesting word in that.....they’ll be family section and behind the goal I reckon, we will be on the side of the pitch making it expensive Unless Leeds have agreed to a reciprocal away price it’s going to be a very expensive day

Stoke ticket office don't have the Leeds tickets yet and have not been told the prices
Expect the tickets and ticket sales dates later this week
New cards not changing our numbers so won't affect sales

Been on the Leeds site. Their tickets for our match are on sale. Almost a home game for me, only half hour up the road from our house.

I suppose when the media rights money goes down from £100m minimum in the Prem to £6m average in the Championship all of a sudden gate receipts matter again to give you an edge. Crazy.

A hefty price that, never been to Elland Road before though, is it worth the money?

Is it even in their interest to set ticket prices (presumably for home fans as well?) so high with it being on TV? Or are they expecting a home sell out regardless of price?

Really looking forward to this one. Leeds are big club with abigger reputation. It is a great place for a good day and good night out. City centre is busy any day or night. Loads of good boozers all around the place. And for ladies according to my Wife the shopping is first class. Daughter is at Leeds Beckitt Uni and even better it is only 30 miles up the road for me. I would recommend a day out at Leeds United, atmosphere is good but they do have reputation for being Hoolies. It is going to be a learning curve for Stokies as we drop down from the sterile, corperate prawn sarnie munchers of the Premiership to the nitty gritty that is the Championship. I predict a Leeds 1 v 2 Stoke result. Bring it on ... goarrrrrrrrn Stoke.

A hefty price that, never been to Elland Road before though, is it worth the money? Bring your feather boa if you are coming, J V G. It's Leeds Pride the same day - a well attended and lively event - so by early afternoon the city centre with be a heady mix of thousands of gay revellers, Leeds, us and the police. Plus this weather shows no sign of breaking and there's the chance to drink all day.
