With the commentators views on Shaqiri, and since we are making biblical references for Jesus, do you think with Shaqiri it is a case of "Can anything good come from Nazareth Stoke?"

Fucking hell. Now Dixon is sticking the boot in ! Spot on though Maybe...but so called superstars from the opposition are getting away with no criticism for similar.

Dixon with another pop at shaqiri. Why doesn't he have a go at superstar Neymar who's done the same all night? Correct. For all Shaqiri’s faults Neymar has been the biggest show pony on the pitch by far.... Neymar has been worse than shit, coutinho has touched the ball twice all night, yet Shaq gets it all night off lazy pundits.

Really enjoying this second half, best I've seen Switzerland play in a long time. I hope they hang on. 2 CBs have been superb.

I can't stand bloody Brazil and all the sycophantic commentary from the likes of Tyldesley and others - you can tell they're almost willing Brazil to score.
Come on the Swiss !

That one tv highlighted incident of Shaq playing for us in that home game last season tarnished him. The one where he didn't chase it towards the boothen I think. Every pundit picked up on it at the time and since have used it as the norm for him. Lazy Shaq? Lazy punditry. Bet they pick on him less when he moves. You can here it now Klopp has totally transformed him...... nothing to do with world class players making runs for him to find.

It's all about Neymar isn't it?! I mean, Willian is fantastic at taking set pieces yet he never takes any because of Neymar, it's poor.
Deserved result for Switzerland, well played.

The ITV Brazil bumming has been cringeworthy.
Tydesley and Dixon couldn't sound more disappointed if they tried with the outcome.

The ITV Brazil bumming has been cringeworthy. Tydesley and Dixon couldn't sound more disappointed if they tried with the outcome. It’s been that way in every World Cup I can remember. And I can remember a lot.

Bet365 are offering 4/5 (1.8 decimal) for Shaqiri to have a "shot on target" during the game - so £18 back from a £10 stake. I'm pretty certain he still takes their free kicks so that should be a pretty solid chance shouldn't it? What a waste of money that was 😀

How many non-Brazilians do you think go to support them wearing shirts... I used to work with a French Tunisian guy in France who became a Brazil fan. He learned Portuguese, travelled their once a year to see matches, and even took up Salsa dancing. He'd fallen in love with the place.

I can't stand bloody Brazil and all the sycophantic commentary from the likes of Tyldesley and others - you can tell they're almost willing Brazil to score. Come on the Swiss ! They can't help their big club bias whether it's league teams or Internationals. By pretending they love the big teams it make them think people will think they know what they're talking about. I wonder if Keane, in the bar, get's sick of them and ever asks which team they've played for! They're just glorified glory hunting, bandwagon jumping twats to a man! I hate how Tyldesley makes slight digs when commentating on England's inevitable decline.

Brazil have been bog average for years. Bar for glimpses in the 80's they haven't been "Brazil" since 1970. It's about time they wized up to it.

Biggest shock of the World Cup so far... That shirt that Ian Wright wore is just a fashion shocker.
If England had come away with a 1-1 draw against Brazil they would be touted for a knighthood and worshiped for years.
The shit aimed at Shaq all night was just a disgrace.
