Dear, oh dear! Run and tell someone it’s unfair. It just shows their total lack of dischord really. A friendly against probably the scummiest of our local rivals when it's just not needed. Can see there being more wolves fans there for this one...fancy giving a local rival a chance to rub our faces in it.

It just shows their total lack of dischord really. A friendly against probably the scummiest of our local rivals when it's just not needed. Is there anything you don’t moan about? It's not moaning. It's holding our now disgracefully arrogant and utterly mismanaged club to account. If the fans are no longer of any value to the club, if the feelings and viewpoints of the fans no longer matter, then they should come right out and say so. Because everything the past year or two suggests that is the case.

This is an absolute outrage and just shows what little regard the club holds its fans in. I for one will be returning my season ticket and never setting foot in our stadium again (and will continually remind everyone of this at every possible juncture by posting on this messageboard) until the club has eradicated every single thing that I can possibly find fault with, something that they'll never be able to achieve because I'm a moaning sack of cum with an internet connection who would have no purpose in life if I was unable to air my grievances about perceived slights on the web every single day of my pathetic existence. <Clam singing as he walks away> "We'll be with you, be with you ...."

Yes it's a shit game. But what a bunch of pussies on this thread. We are still Stoke! I’m thinking, wouldn’t it be funny if we beat’em, showing the gulf between the Champ/Prem, thus making their sphincters go into spasm! Gooaarrn Stoke!!!

On a separate note, when was the last pre-season friendly we had at home?
Can't remember one for ages.

On a separate note, when was the last pre-season friendly we had at home? Can't remember one for ages. 2014.. Hughes obviously didn't like his home comforts. Last season would have been due to the ground improvements & stand completion & year before was new pitch construction.. Not sure why other seasons haven't had any tho

Think £10 for adults would have been ample & fairer price

Only just seen this is £15 for an adult, bit steep no?
I know we've got a big Premier League club coming but £10 would have done it, for me.

Massive own goal at £15.
Not that I was going anyway, but a lower price might have tempted me.
Cost me £27 for two adults and a young un at Walsall on Saturday as they did a family ticket option where a young un got in for £3 with a full paying adult.
Far more acceptable for what is essentially an open training session.

£15 seems fairly steep for this one, think I'll give this one against those scummy bastards a miss.

Cast your minds back to summer of 2000. We beat Liverpool 1-0 in a home friendly and we all know what happened later that season. Always been a yardstick for me that year regarding friendlys!

That's me out then, completion day for this project I've been on in Stevenage, not sure what time we'll finish, was hoping to call in on the drive home if time allows. I'll have to go to watch Stevenage v Crystal Palace on the Tuesday for my footie fix that week.

So you applaud Walsall for charging 12 pounds per adult to watch League 1 vs Championship, and you're complaining that Stoke charge 15 pounds per adult for Premiership vs Championship? Really? You think they should charge 10 pounds for a better product? huh? I just don't get some people.

To the players and professionals of Stoke City Football club, yes. To the fans who have endured a season of pisstaking from those six-fingered bastards, absolutely fucking not. Horrendous choice for a pre-season friendly.

Regardless of it being League 1 v Championship or something else, the Walsall game was fairly priced. 15 isn't a fair price for a friendly regardless of opponent, so will be giving it a miss. Fair play to those that go.

If you truly believe that 3 quid more to watch players that are of a standard 2 divisions higher than Walsall's players is something to slate the club about, then I pity you. Life must be miserable.
