I couldn’t quite believe it.
My GF even commented on how bad it was.
Trust me, that’s saying something.

What is the actual law on this? Even though we took the kick quick, (stupid decision), was the intercepting player 10 yards away and if not , should Dean have whistled for a retake?

Would have loved to see Shaq smash it into the wall.

Dean put his whistle to his mouth, before we fucked it up, so if we had scored I'm sure he'd have brought it back. He had joyful glee in waving play on! Still a moronic decision by Johnson!

What he was thinking was anybody's guess. We'd been striving for a chance to win the game and that was it. Nonsensical.

He tried to play it quick, no harm in that. Yes it didn’t work out but get on with it. Shaqiri wasn’t going to put it in the top bin, took him 5 mins get over it. Fucking get on with it You think it took 5 minutes for Shaqiri to get over it? My take on it was that Shaqiri was half-arsed up to that point and then fucked off completely from there on in. I agree that there is every chance that he wouldn't have scored from it but we had to try, it was the only option that anybody should have been thinking of.

It was one of the single most stupid bits of play I've seen in quite some time. And the useless git couldn't wait to do it. He should never play for us again. I am agreeing with bayern again! I lost it big time when I saw what he was going to do. If Shakiri could have picked a spot from which to take a free kick it would have been that exact one. Even if he had managed the simple task of passing the ball to Allen there would have been no one alert in the middle for the cross. I didn't realise until that moment that I had quite such a command of good old fashioned industrial language. At least I had the decency to look sheepish and apologise to those around me. That one incident might not be the reason we are going down but it is a perfect example of why we are.

Pretty much most of it has been covered already. Stupid, dumb, daft, moronic, laughable.
It's what happens to players when they are under pressure. They do daft things.
They are human.

What the fuck planet was he on??Perfect place for shaq..waste a few minutues...maybe create a good chance. To play the worst ball of the the match to a bloke who cant control his own slobber was criminal!! Absolute bag of wank!!😠😠 Fucking ridiculous move and it isnt funny its a fucking disgrace. Another example of individuals making their own decisions.

Yes but the stupid, dumb, daft, moronic, and laughable things our players have done lately have cost us points and probable relegation.

Badou was still lying on the ground having just been fouled when we wasted the free kick. This would have been an extremely rare occasion during the second half to have actually tested their goalkeeper

Sabotage - he fucking hates Stoke - how he got given another year contract I do not know That was the word we used, it was like an act of brazen sabotage, you could be forgiven for suspecting he had money on the result. He hadn't, he was just unbelievably fucking stupid.

A quick free kick is supposed to be too quick for the opposition not your own side.

Johnson shouldn't be anywhere near a starting 11 in the Premier League As a team, we played well first half, Johnson got taken off with an injury after 52 minutes, you talk shit.Bauer might have been knackered for his substitution, Ireland hit the post so right decision. The fat that he did that sums up why we are totally and utterly fucked

I seem to remember Shaqiri doing something similar last week, simply passing the ball to the opposition. Sorry to say this but Shaqiri is quite clearly a big part of the problem. His attitude is obviously winding up his team mates, the team confidence and cohesion is not being helped by a man who has a tantrum everytime a pass isn't completed etc. Another point, he's the least self aware player on the pitch; rollicking Bauer for a poor pass yet taking some of the worst corners I've ever seen. Unacceptable behaviour from an average player.

And of Allo had received the pass and ran at goal the ref would have pulled play back and made him take it again.

Unacceptable behaviour from an average player. This. Immensely talented At losing his rag with others whilst having his own faults like not chasing back and going missing for long periods because he’s sulking. He’s a good player but has fallen short over the last few games when we’ve needed him most. Right now we need him to be running games and he isn’t.

He might’ve done, it was worth at least Shaq having a go surely? It probably was, but realistically is he going to score? Not really and he used that as an excuse to not try for the rest of the game. Could go all day about decisions or things that didn’t work that could change the game. There was certainly every chance of Shaq scoring from there, he's done it before.... The free-kick by Johnson was just totally bizarre, to put it mildly....when you look at it, non of our players were even ready, and even if they had of been, it was under-hit and never even reached Allen!!!
