I don’t care if he’s done fuck all for those two mate He’s better than what we are currently plodding along with Better in what sense mate , we've seen nothing from him in 2 years . He's not what we need. He's a boy who gets knocked of the ball most of the time . Mate that front line of ours is a non existent shambles no matter who plays and that’s my point ...he genuinely could do no worse I also don’t care if Campbell looked like a rabbit in headlights last week....get him in that fucking team as NOTHING is happening

Quite telling. we have flirted with bringing these foreign players in and it hasnt worked. a rethink needed Nationality has nothing to do with it. Think there is a wider debate on this nationally but foreign players come to Stoke for the money

If we’d not loaned them out to save money then they for me would have made a big difference to the squad. With Badou and Allen doing the dirty work Imbula would thrive and Bojan would be great off the bench. They’re our assets and for me shouldn’t have just been sent out thereby weakening our squad. No, Bojan is still spent, he won't suddenly come good, Imbula, maybe but again I can't see how he's suddenly turned it around.

So people are saying we’re better off not having the option to pick them ? Imbula in particular would make fuck all difference to anything.

Nationality has nothing to do with it. Think there is a wider debate on this nationally but foreign players come to Stoke for the money All players come to Stoke for the money. Saido Berahino didn’t come here because he grew up with posters of Wayne Biggins on his wall. Jack Butland isn’t here because he could reel off the 72 League Cup team by heart since the age of four. Some of our worst players this season are British and some of our best aren’t. The last time a Stoke goal wasn’t scored or assisted by Xherdan Shaqiri, for example, was Boxing Day.

The squad is an absolute mess with lots of players on massive money on long contracts yet not contributing. Will take some sorting depending on what division we are in.

Bojan didnt even make the Alaves squad today, and they arent exactly pulling up any trees in Spain Bojan is better than what we have. They want him to leave for financial reasons. with the greatest respect: that is total bollox. The pre-injury Bojan was probably better than anyone we have now. The post-injury version is shadow of his former self. It’s a crying shame, but as the saying goes “that’s football”.

These two players will cost Stoke City Football Club half a million pounds PER MONTH for the next 3 years.
Now wonder why we are in trouble.

What was the excuse Meinz? Or Roma? Or Ajax? Or Stoke, post injury? The bloke hasn't got the bottle for football, never mind a dog fight. He'll be shaking like a shitting dog in the Championship.

Bloody Twitter, last time I use a stat without looking at it. It’s the first goal of 2018 though - he assisted Diouf’s vs Huddersfield? I wasn’t counting Coventry.

We can't score for shit. Bojan in theory has goals in him. We might as well have him as not have him. The money is unimportant in the long run. He would of put that chance that choupo had away aswell!!

Would any of our current crop of forwards be making the Alaves squad?
I'd only consider Bojan as an option for striker, he's finished as a playmaker. I'd forget Imbula as a player who'd actually contribute anything unless he remembers what he can achieve

neither player showed any reason why they should be on the pitch for us when they were given chances last season, Imbula couldnt be arsed and Bojan was too lightweight, however I think Bojan could have been a better option than Choupo up front when Diouf went off.
