Went this game and saw fuck all in the way of aggro other than coppers trying to split both rival mobs apart around Fulham broadway, few punches thrown but nothing major on way back to Euston.
Heard days later load of Stoke subsequently getting nicked for trouble in the away end at the end of the game I Must of been pissed as can't remember any of that lol was it really that bad ? Cant remember anything in the Sentinel but made the Bbc news at that time.
Chelsea then Newcastle weeks later, distant memory but we were pretty horrible back then.

I remember there being trouble, we were in a temporary stand if I remember rightly and had a few lads trying to get at us on the coach which hit the chelsea gate posts of the ground.

Temporary stand on what used to be the shed. Think their lads took a run at it from the left hand side. Loads of Stoke there and most of us got there at lunch. Most met at the Crafty Cockney if I remember rightly then went through Leicester Square & Soho all afternoon. Fulham Broadway was amusing after the match. I remember getting back to Stoke at about 5am on a coach from Victoria that stopped somewhere in the midlands for an 90 minutes then was at work by 8am. Happy days & nights 🤣

I was only 15 at the time and was sat top left corner of that shitty temporary stand and there was a scrap in the Stoke end (over what I don't know) in the top corner and loads of Stoke came clambering over to get involved, this prompted Chelsea in that shit paddock to the left they had back then to make themselves announced. This was when the Combat 18 bollocks was going on down at Chelsea and I always remember a couple of there's opening their jackets to reveal Combat 18 t-shirts.

Best bit is Mark Hughes rolling around like a fanny pretending he's been fouled and then having to just sit and watch as Pesch slots it home.
