Not sure. If we write off the games we have left vs. The Big 6, I think we need to win our 'winnables' - we've not got much, if any, wiggle room left.

No. I think we will win, and will be disappointed with less than 3 points.

We need at least a draw, so i'd probably take it. But a win would be massive for us.

No. It would mean we'd be stuck on 27 points and in 19th place for the following 4 weeks with only 5 games left to play after City, Everton, Arsenal & spurs.
That means only one thing: relegation.

We simply have to win games of football against the team around us.
Realistically we have 6 games to get the points from. Drawing is not an option.

Yes of course.
We are very much 2nd favourites.
If anyone seriously believes we might draw or even win you should put some money on it, the odds are long for both:
Southampton 5/6 Draw 11/4 Stoke 21/5

A draw wouldn't be the end of the world. It means we'd have taken points off one of our nearest rivals in what they must have marked down as their most winnable game. The trouble is unless we get an unexpected win v Man City, Spuds or Arse then we really don't have much room for manoeuvre anymore. We must be going out to win every game even those 3.

Yes, because it's absolutely vital we don't lose. We cannot risk going 4 points behind them.
That's not to say they are not beatable. We are improving, they are playing lousily and their recent form has been dire with only 1 win, against WBA, since November; so they are there to be beaten if we can maintain our improvement and avoid a silly mistake.
Lambert has improved the defending and we now have a far more energetic MF, we need to find a way of keeping the ball better and creating more scoring opportunities. Shaq has improved at making himself more available to receive passes but Choupo has not; we need to give Ramadan a chance again.

I think this is a winnable game as they have been toss this season. If we can stay tight at the back an nick a goal at the other end then I don't see why we cant win. Id of taken the draw against Leicester but this is definitely more winnable than that.

At this stage, anything less than a win is fatal.

Yesterday, yes. Southampton? Nah, we need to win and so do they. We've got a good recent record against them I think so hopefully that'll remain intact.

I don't think we will win, but it's getting towards shit or bust. Draws are no good so we may as well go all in.

The way we are playing a draw would be an excellent result....and would keep us in touch so yes thanks very much a point would be grand.

Just did a predictor with a draw and I didn't think overly optimistic results for us. We stayed up in 15th on 37 points West Brom, Swansea and Southampton relegated.

At this stage, anything less than a win is fatal. It's not though. If we are not going to win it's much better to draw than lose. It's 1 more point for out total and 2 fewer for Southampton. If we drew all 38 games we'd stay up. Lots of games get called 'must win' but in practice very few are. It should certainly be our intention to try to win but if we don't it's critical we don't throw the baby out with the bath water and miss out on another crucial point.

It'd be silly not to 3 points for either team offers a brief respite.

When does keeping in touch actually become getting out of the shit?
We fucked up 3 winnable games, can we really afford to fuck up a 4th?

We need wins to put our survival in our own hands, without them we are reliant on there being 2 shitter teams than us over the next 10 games.
