Leicester have a very good front three. Vardy, Mahrez and Gray are excellent when on their A game. However, it's been shown this season that nullifying one of the three for some reason makes the other two average. Over the rest of the pitch they dont really have much more than us. Bauer against Gray is fine. I think Zouma against Vardy is fine. I'm petrified of Mahrez against Pieters. He's turned him inside out on more than one occasion and then hasn't got the pace to get back at him. This needs to be sorted. If we can I think we have a real chance of beating them. If we don't I feel it will be our usual two or three nil defeat Why are you worried when you said nullifying one of the three makes the other two average, then stated you think we could actually nullify two of the three? By your logic that should make Mahrez conference standard?

I'd rather go down than play like Pulis would have done You could be getting your (be careful what you) wish (for) then.

I don't agree that Zouma will be fine against Vardy,he will murder Zouma/Shawcross for pace and we can't afford to give him any chance to run at our central defenders. I can't see us getting anything on Saturday and we will probably getting a tonking.Feeling very pessimistic about our chances now.

We’ve had a lot of must win games this season. Unlike in previous where we’ve scrambled wins in games when we’ve really needed to this year we just don’t seem to have the character to grind results out and I don’t see this being any different. I see there pace killing us particularly in getting behind the CM. Daft as it sounds I’d be tempted to go back to 343 for this one if and only if Indis fit
I’d go with
.........................Jack...................... ..........Zouma....Ryan......Indi......... Bauer.........Joe.........Badou....Staf .......Shaq..........Choupa.....Jesé...
I’d give Campbell a spot on the bench
If we revert to Crouch and Fletcher it won’t end well.

I'd rather go down than play like Pulis would have done Really! maybe you should support a different team. Why? Maybe you should if all you can think of is reverting back to negative football. If all we are capable of is "Park the Bus" crap then we are better off going down and rebuilding. I want to watch my team try to win games by playing football not anti football tactics laced with time wasting and if we are not good enough to play football against an inconsistent Leicester team then God help us. Take your "Poor little Stoke " crap somewhere else I'm sick of hearing it.

Not a back three, Phil, please! Ryan is rumoured to be out with ankle ligament damage anyway, although not confirmed by the club. I also have trouble with Choupo up front, as he has been off colour of late and never really that effective when played as the main striker. I'd love us to start Tye Campbell, but I think he will get a bench spot and Diouf will start. If Ryan is not fit, I'd hope Bruno is.

Trying really, really hard to make my brain defy logic and say we'll get something on Saturday. If we have the quality and commitment to stay up, Leicester has to be where we show it.

This is a game we can afford to lose (let me finish!) Leicester are 10pts clear of us, winning this game doesn't harm them in the slightest, it's next week that is the must win game. If we beat Leicester but then lose to Southampton next week we end up right back where we were (That being 1pt behind Southampton) But if we lose to Leicester & beat Southampton we'll be 2pts ahead of Southampton. It's two games, 6pts up for grabs, but if somone offered me now that we could lose one & win one I'd be picking this week as the defeat. Next weeks game is far more important to win. (Obviously in an ideal world we win both!)

I like the guy but he should have gone ages ago. Campbell could be our ace in the pack, who knows?

We’re all expecting a loss at Leicester, and to be honest - who can blame us? We should play 2 banks of 4, just like Pulis would and come home with at least a point. Make it impossible for them to get in behind and just park the bastard bus. That’s the best we can hope for at the moment, so just use what we’ve got. It’s only Leicester anybody would think they had won the league 😂

Butland Bauer Shawcross Zouma Pieters Allen Cameron Badou Shaqiri Choupo Jese
Choupo isn't a striker but at least he can play on the break and has some sort of first touch. Wouldn't mind Campbell but not sure what his overall play is like. The first 9 players i put above have to play though, there's no other option.

Not a bad side TBF - I'd be tempted to play a false-9 seeing as we don't have a striker of note (young Campbell aside), and if we did go Stokelona then pick Sobhi ahead of Choupo who has been playing utter shite recently You just know it'll be Fletch in for Cameron, Diouf & Crouch in for Choupo & Jese - I think PL will be aiming for a 0-0 at best
