Is Fletcher one of the worst midfielders we have ever had? He’s terrible!

An extremely painful watch.
Utter dross from both sides.
We're not really deep in the shit because thankfully teams like Watford exist.

I thought it was an entertaining game with good atmosphere. Stoke thoroughly outplayed Watford and were unlucky not to win. Watford are so obnoxious.

Both teams were terrible but I would say overallthey had the better chances to score I can only remember their keeper making one save.

Not sure we had a gameplan other than trying to rough them up a bit in the tackle. Our midfield is cack

Watford came to foul, dive, cheat and spoil, and hold onto a point, maybe sneak all three. We were not good enough to beat them, which is worrying.
Ndiaye and Cameron for Adam and Fletcher is an obvious change. Maybe get Jese, if fit enough, in the front three to add something different. A new striker would have been nice.

Clean sheet and out of the bottom 3. Onwards and upwards

The ugly side of Premier League, one of the worst games in the season. I am talking about the game itself, not Stoke. Watford wanted to convert the game into conflicts, wasting time, physical challenges and they succeeded to do that.

Fletcher needs a month vacation on the bench he's spent.

On the plus side, we have as many clean sheets in two games under Lambert as we did in 23 under Hughes.

I thought we were lacking in drive from midfield. We has no link from defence to the attack. Hopefully the new guy will provide that. But what a poor game, with two poor teams.

A mixture of hoofball and playground handbags. Only plus lots of energy, biggest negative Fletcher played.

Worst performance in a long time.
The main positive I can think of is Lambert will have learned a lot about his players. Arguably he had to pick the same team after a win against Huddersfield, now he can totally restructure the team.
Other positives were a clean sheet, Bauer is a great buy, Choupo is a useful threat, and we did actually create scoring chances.

- You can't go into a game with a midfield of Adam, Allen and Fletcher when you want and have to win it.

Is Fletcher one of the worst midfielders we have ever had? He’s terrible! He only lost the ball 3 times in a dangerous place which against a decent team would have cost us 2 goals at least. Pinching a living is an understatement.

An average team can nullify us with comparative ease - doesn’t bode well. Finding it harder and harder to avoid the conclusion we will be in danger of relegation right up to the final weekend.
