I’m absolutely furious with that result. Liverpool were an absolute joke. Swansea even worse. How the fuck did they win?

Fair play to Swansea had a game plan and won - typical Liverpool though

Complete lack of intelligence from Liverpool. Playing through the middle against a packed defence time and time again.
How the bloody hell did Firmino miss that header?

Southampton drawing and Swans winning against what one would expect to be "banker" defeats, not great for us

Proof that we shouldn't write any game off as a 'bonus' between now and May. We need to fight for every point.

I’d be very worried if I was a Newcastle, Brighton or Huddersfield fan right now. Time for the promoted clubs to start to fall downwards.

Swansea have really found some form, this could be the closest relegation fight ever in the premier league. Anyone outside of the top 6 could realistically go down although you’d think Leicester should be easily safe, and Burnley too barring a complete collapse. Just 8 points separate the rest if Swansea win tonight and you can probably knock one point off our total given the goal difference. It’s going to be tight. Swansea haven't really found some form though have they, Liverpool have just been shit. They set out for a nil nil and have squeaked a goal from a set piece. They have defended like beavers i'll give you that but they've given the ball back to Liverppol so much in midfield but they've not been good enough to break them down. A few cup games in here but their last 8 games: DLWLDDWW They are picking up points, it’s not the usual form of a team who are bottom of the table, maybe they will be higher after their next 4 games: Arsenal (H), Leicester (A), Burnley (H), Brighton (A)

Six points between eleven sides.
It's late January.
Looks like various sides will slip in and out of the bottom three.
Pick three sides to go down? I can't pick one
Absolutely bonkers.

Fair play to Swansea but they got lucky tonight scoring from their only effort on goal.
They're never going to win many games unless they're more ambitious. Sticking 10 behind the ball will only get you lots of 0-0's
Thought Liverpool were woeful only Robertson looked interested. Can was absolutely terrible and there's a distinct lack of creativity in the middle.
in relation to sides if both Stoke and Swansea played to their max I'd back us.

Swansea did what they had to do and had some luck.
Liverpool were shocking, there must have been a record sideways passes.
Bony came for 15 mins as did nothing, the most idle performance I have seen.

There's always going to be a corner and you have to be ready for the one chance you're going to get. Mawson was, and Swansea will get more points if they can keep their sheets clean. Though I think they will still go down.

I would seriously be worried about Swansea tbh. Since their new manager came in, they've won 2, drawn 1 and lost 1 (in a game against Tottenham where they looked really good).
