Ffs it was that sort of chance Diouf used to bury They are the ones he generally misses. He seems less shit when doesnt have time to think Absolutely, he's been like that all along. At least he get's the chances though, just needs to be marked closer so he has no time to think

We could have scored three or four with decent strikers. Not as bad as the scoreline makes it! Hate getting beaten by the big, greedy, grasping big teams!!!!!!!!!!! Rant over. For now. Well done to all you Stokies that went! Beaten by a multi million pound shithouse outfit! The pundits dream!

Lambert is taking on a hell of a task. Hughes didn’t have half these problems when he took over. It’s a poor legacy.

There you go PL. Go and use that Dong on a striker. Diouf is laughable and Crouch should be nowhere near starting. Created his chance out of nothing. Laughable indeed. The guy is our only viable option up top at the moment and needs to start the remainder of the season. Not really out of nothing? He's nowhere near clinical enough. We are crying out for a striker more than any other position, we have no one you'd back in a one on one situation. We need a James Beattie January signing!

I can’t see any other outcome. I want us to stay up, obviously, but we won’t. I’m so confident this is our year for the drop I’ll wager £100 to DLT with anyone who wants to take it. Max 2 people. But it's neither true nor fact. You can get good odds on us going down, stick your money on that and buy yourself an holiday to celebrate Wouldn’t want to profit from our misfortune, will gladly give it to charity though. I’ll be still going games and supporting but let’s face it we’re just not very good.

Yes, playing better is a good start but one 3-0 defeat is the same as another 3-0 defeat, we still haven't scored and we have conceded three. Just look at the stats at the end of the season And that is what we have been reduced to almost celebrating a three nil defeat, God I hate Mark Hughes. I’ve said many times, you can’t blame Hughes for him not being sacked months earlier than he was. Fair enough he couldn’t do the job but you are a lying fucker if you tell me in his position you would have resigned and thrown away guaranteed wages. This is Coates and the boards fault, anyone who doesn’t see it is blind.

Huge huge respect to our away supporters. Clearly heard throughout the match on Sky, need to do similar at our next home game and get the stadium rocking 👍👍👍

Diouf is nowhere near clinical enough to be our main striking option - if we are relying on goals from him we are well and truly doomed.

How is Lambert going to improve our fitness over a relative short space of time? I suspect he’s going to have to buy it in a couple of positions. Leaves the rest to stop messing about during the week and run like Bauer did on match days.

Not our typical 3-0 defeat but there is lots of work to do.
Some positives though but bloody hell we've got to sort out this goals against column or we are fucked.
The big worry is how fucked we looked after an hour.

How many chances have we squandered in this game? Need to sign a striker. Where is Berahino when you need him another manager that has not picked him can't be all down to the managers that they don't rate him, he would have buried that chance He wouldn't have the desire to get in that position in the first place. I keep on hearing about this great finishing he possesses- output for us 0 goals..

MOTM tonight was the supporters, let's hope the board recognise that the supporters are going to play their part and we need to see them play their part by backing the new manager to the maximum over the next fortnight.

If I was in his financial position and had any regard for the club I would have walked, if I was that incompetent at my job I would not be able to stand the embarrassment, he has fcuked our club up along with the dithering dick heads that run it, hopefully the clown has lost all credibility as a manager we are QPR revisited.

Didn't think that was too bad a performance in the circumstances. With Pogba in that form, no team outside the top four is going to get much there.
Decent in the first half but with one or two minor lapses that were ruthlessly punished. Created some decent half chances at the other end and probably should have taken one.
Second half wasn't quite so great, but they did not capitulate and Diouf was a bit unlucky not to score at the end.
This game was always a bonus. The battle starts next Saturday. I saw enough fight and enough quality tonight to believe we have a good chance of getting out of this, although it will probably be tight.
