Interesting that Cameron was the only one to actually put in any sort of tackle on the goal and they just got a lucky bounce that it stayed with them. Meanwhile they danced past Wimmer, Shawcross was in the middle of no where and Fletcher did not stay with his mark. The only one who didn't give away the goal was Cameron. That said his tackles still were poor. Unbelievable I'd watch a different sport this one is beyond you. Seriously? Did I say Cameron did well? Did I say we was not at fault? I'd work on reading comprehension if I were you, maybe words are beyond you. Or keep off the internet until you can read. Cameron missed two tackles but at least made an attempt at them. Fletcher maybe a bit unfair because he was in position and it broke poorly, but Wimmer completely missed and I am not sure what Ryan was doing. Overall none of the played very well and all played some role in their goal. My point was to say Cameron was not the only one at fault.

Meant it to mean more that even though the tackles were, well only sort of tackles, he did get to the ball and got something on it, though it did very little, just did not see much else from others. Should note watching it live he was the only one I saw too near it (except Wimmer) and on the TV replay they angle seemed to show others in the middle of no where. That is what I saw does not mean I am right. An in this case given the reactions by others pretty clearly wrong!

It was the one standout moment where I thought "you really should have made that" challenges in the box are a totally different kettle of fish that was in an area of the pitch where you try to get the ball but if you don't you just make sure you take the lot out and as I've already posted numerous times if you want to see a carbon copy just watch the build up to the West Ham penalty. I'd criticise a kid for not making those two challenges count never mind an experienced international.

Never meant to claim he was not at fault, just the angles shown on the TV looked that others missed too. I'll throw up my hands when wrong. Seems a pretty good chance I am this time.

Here is the US based highlight, not sure if you can view this one in the UK but it will highlight how wrong I was!! Good lord that was awful. What I get for focusing on the replay highlight in the game that did not show the full debacle.

Genuinely surprised Salop and I are the only highish scores today. I still think it was a better job of management than a lot of these numbers, considering what a big job of turning it round Leslie has in front of him. Sal, he's the one who's got us into this mess, he's signed the players, he's responsible for the team selection and tactics, he's the one who can change things when it isn't going right, he's the one who plays people out of position, he's the one who won't sub or drop players when they are clearly out of form or just not performing, he's the one where the buck stops and at the moment things are fucking awful. I can't remember the last match I was looking forward to going as it seems like he doesn't have a clue or he doesn't give a shit. We were hanging on for a draw yesterday it wasn't as though we were away to Manure or Citeh it was fucking Huddersfield and they were dictating the game. Hughes appears to think that because we have Crouch in the squad he can lump it up to him and we'll get the occasional goal, a type of poor man’s Pulisball and its dog shit. Waiting for the final whistle to blow so we can scrape a draw just like we did V Brighton v Burnley v Palace etc is even more dog shit management just like trying to play a system with wingbacks when we don't actually have a single wing back in the squad. I gave him a 4 yesterday but on reflection I think I was very generous. Gouranga. I haven't changed my mind about urgently wanting a change of manager, way too many errors of judgement have come home to roost we agree - I'm just saying given the mess we've been in, for me getting a decent performance out of the squad we've currently got (mamny of whom showed zero motivation for the past couple of months) and doing what was needed not to get tonked by Huddersfield, who are havi ng a really good first Prem season so far, after having got tonked by almost everyone else, was a pretty good job of work on the day.
