you're right Joe
my guess is six or seven
and Bruno's disasterous injury last week could well be critical to our season
(and Spurs must be literally pissing their sides laughing, at getting so much off us for Wimmer)

No team in the history of top flight football has won 4 consecutive games against an opponent by four or more goals.
So its a chance for spurs to create history. A chance for us to try and keep some pride.
I reckon a hard fought 2-1 to spurs.

Butland Edwards-Shawcross-Zouma-Pieters Allen-Fletcher Choupo-Shaqiri-Sobhi Diouf We can't play 3-4-3 We can't play Zouma at RB and need a specialist there. Shaq must be central. Using that as a starting point, think that's the best we can do, although ideally I'd be giving Fletcher a rest. I'd be surprised if Adam started a game for us again and although I was encouraged by Afellay's cameo last week, I can't see him being chucked in for a start. If Cameron was fully fit, I'd be starting him alongside Allen. I like your team more than mine, but feel Hughes would like mine more! I am not sure he is going to risk Edwards to start again, and he does like playing a left footed centre back (and he has one available who cost him 18m quid!). I also think he will want to play three central midfielders - as you say, Geoff could have been one, but I have a sneaking feeling he will bolster the middle with Afellay after his impressive sub's appearance.

Why start a wank thread like this..? For Fuck sake, it's hardly been fortress Wembley this year for spurs has it? Plus They're on a shit run of form.. Any chance of a bit of positivity or shall we all go slit our wrists and listen to the smiths "heaven knows I'm miserable now".? If we lose, we lose, I'll still have a good day out in the capital and it is against one of the "big six" away anyway so were not meant to win. Fuckin chin up men!

Head says we'll lose.
Heart says we've got a good record at Wembley. Spurs have been a bit shaky at home this season.
We'll take the lead and they'll peg us back for a 1-1 finish.

No top flight team has ever lost 4 successive games to the same opponent by 4 or more , we stand on the brink tomorrow , you know it's just the sort of record we revel in

Joe you cant really have completely lost that dark sense of humour that's so critical to following stoke , it wouldn't be the first or last record we set like this , it's who we are and why the good times are so good

Spurs don't have that cutting edge at Wembley like they did at WHL. If we play if smart then we can get a point, there's absolutely no reason we can't go there and get 3 points

Spoz home form has been patchy so far. You know what that means. 5-0 win with Kane to bang in 5? No... Dele Alli has been absolutely shite all season so he'll grab a couple but also set up all 3 of Kane's hat trick.
