Hung out to dry. Too slow. No confidence. No touch. Targetted by opposition. How he survived the first half was baffling. That he came out after halftime and played until 60 mins was utterly bamboozling.
He doesn't believe in himself and clearly his team mates don't as they only ever passed to him as a last resort.
Neither of our wing backs are wing backs. Expecting them to do that job is clearly insanity.
Change the system. You fucked up by not buying wing backs.
Piss poor management.

He could easily have played Cameron at RWB, who at least has an engine (in fact, it's probably his best attribute) with Wimmer in the middle.
Christ knows what he thinks about Wimmer if he thought hanging Johnson out to dry was preferable?

There is a danger that people get too hung up about Johnson. He is poor and has been for a good long time. However this sides problems are more deep rooted than one individual We desperately need to address some fairly basic tactical situations all over the pitch.

Feel sorry!!! He should donate his wages to Donna Louise or Dougie Mac because he offers fuck all on a football pitch.
Absolute disgrace - embarrassment to the footballing profession.

Hughes is clearly incompetent, he picks a system that relies on wing backs we have none he signed none the man is clueless, to compound it he has signed expensive players who are basically shit. I called for him to go two seasons ago the writing was on the wall how the hell he still has his job is astounding.

He shouldn't be here in the first place! If he had anything about him he's cancel his contract or sit aside and let the youth take his place. He should be the very last resort.

Yes he's not very good now, yes his legs are gone. That said he's not going to turn around and refuse to play when asked is he? The vitriol should be aimed at the manager who is expecting him to play as a wing back, he can't do it it's obvious. He should have never been offered an extension, penny pinching from the chairman which seems to be a common theme.
Nice touch from the fans for cheering his removal, classy stuff.

I'd love a professional who refused to play. Don't blame him blame the staff who extended him and the manager who plays him.

And yes I blame the management equally.

feel sorry for him? he had at least 3 chances to put decent crosses in and tickled the fookin ball to the first man, he did get into good positions to do that in the first place though, but the rest was shite. why the heck we got rid of bardsley and kept johnson is baffling.

He got a right mouthful from Jesé in the first half for his poor vision and wrong pass option. I thought Jesé had a good game and caused Bournemouth lots of trouble in the final third.

If thats him having a good game I think he should try another line of work. I noticed him telling others how to play he does lots of it needs to have words with himself.
