Did the Little Englanders get their Big Ben Bongs passed? Not happening. Bloody virtue signalling, tree hugging, PC brigade have got involved haven't they. Traitorous bastards. Mark Francois will mark the occasion by cry wanking over a photo of Dame Vera Lynn with the Dam Busters tune playing in the background instead......

Mark Francois will mark the occasion by cry wanking over a photo of Dame Vera Lynn with the Dam Busters tune playing in the background instead...... An endearing scene. I imagine he'll be administering his cry wank and listening to the Dam Busters and the wireless of his Triumph Stag, parked up on Beech Head so he can round off the day by shaking his fist directly at the Continent.

Who cares - we're leaving. The answer to "What next for Brexit?" is not "Look how crap the EU is". Sometimes I get the feeling the hatred for the EU is more important to some people than the well-being of the UK.

My friend, some people on here dont care one hoot about anything else apart from Brexit. They dont care about other peoples concerns, financial worries, job losses,Price rises,or anything just so long as they get brexit done. Then when you mention your concerns you are fobbed off with being a scaremonger.I would also imagine that most of these types are stable in their lives and have enough money to not worry about the risks. So stuff everyone else basically.

Sometimes I get the feeling the hatred for the EU is more important to some people than the well-being of the UK. I think that the reverse is true RIP....love of the EU....some utopian organisation...hatred of the UK. The EU still exists, no harm in an occasional reminder of how it operates....it will hit a nerve with some who don't want to get it. Having said that I'm all in favour of your rallying battlecry" Brexits done, let's move on"....we don't want to look back and hear remainers saying" I told you so, that's happened because of Brexit "...for 5 years. Let's put it behind us and move on together, United for the UK.

For characters like Francois, it's all about putting bloody Jerry and his friends in their place.
He doesn't even know where Stoke is let alone care about the prospects of its inhabitants.

EU leaders sign UK withdrawal dealThe heads of the European Commission and Council - Ursula von der Leyen and Charles Michel - have signed the Withdrawal Agreement, ahead of the UK's exit from the EU on 31 January. The Queen approved it on Thursday, and next Wednesday the European Parliament is expected to vote for it too.The Council and Commission have signed it before the EU Parliament have approved it? More proof elected MEP's only rubber-stamp what's handed down to them, unless I've misunderstood this?

Are we allowed to say it, or do we have to pretend it never happened?

Made a decision put the EU behind us , as you indicate( in any case the obvious happening that you refer to might be the EUs doing/ their attitude to Brexit, we can't be blaming them).
