Easily the best english goalie available at the moment, after only 2 games looks the business. With Southgate at the game today, I bet he's not the only manager more than interested in our Jack. With the massive amount of money in the prem nowadays and the lack of top draw goalkeepers in the league besides DeGea and Courtois, who could both be going abroad,I reckon Butland could probably walk into pretty much any side and hold his place!

Simple answer is yes.
He won't be here after next season at the latest.

Yes we will struggle to hold on to Jack Butland. He could fit in any of the Top teams easily

There could be a real scrap for him in the near future, makes me wonder if this was one of the factors for his rapid return to the fold? After the big bucks lost on Imbula will Hughes feel he has to generate some cash for other signings providing he stays in a job!

Should be able to keep him this summer but then it is just a matter of how much. I am thinking of offers over £50 million.

He'll be long gone by the end of next season at the latest.
The best that we can hope for is a good fee.

A full season at Stoke next season and the real top teams will be queuing up to buy him....

End of next season if a top club comes in for him and we continue to win nothing.
Sooner or later Champions League, Cup or League medals will become too good to turn down

The top teams already have good keepers we should be ok for now. Really? Chelsea - yes, but Bego wants out and Courtois is being 'chased' in Europe Spuds - plenty of rumours about their keeper going Man City - the only decent one they have is Hart and I can't see him playing for them again Liverpool - Mignolet is 'dodgy' to say the least man U - De Gea is probably the best around, but may be off in the summer Arse - Wenger is apparently on the look out for a new goalie So, on that basis, any of the Top 6 could be looking for a new keeper...

This is a better question to ask than all the rubbish about Mark Hughes. Yes we will struggle to keep him, all about timing. I think he would stay at least for next season if it were his choice. I also think that if I were a top club, I would move for him now, rather than wait to see him perform miracles regularly again next season and see his price tag double. If we get a £20 bid, it's something our club probably can't ignore. It's a real issue for us.

Not just butland.. Arnie playing like he has other things on his mind. Shaqiri mentioned earlier that he may not be here.. Indi still not committed. Just hope all the money for butland plus more is spent vastly improving the number of quality players. Grant is a fantastic keeper. So not really apart from the age a big loss. But this summer could be a very interesting one.

Simple answer is yes. He won't be here after next season at the latest. This. I have been watching Stoke since 1974 and Jack is as good a keeper as I've ever seen. We have him for one more season maximum. He'll fetch a record for a keeper I'm sure. He'll shine next season, let's face it he'll have to if Hughes is still in charge.

Suppose in some strange way you could say him getting injured has helped us, because I'm convinced that if he had played for us this season he would definitely be off in the summer. Although I wouldn't be surprised if we did lose him this close season to be honest.

He's a bright lad who will handle the pressure of a top club either here or abroad. The only question is how much money we will get for him. My hunch is that we will look to cash in as soon as possible having got the mucky end of the stick on some previous deals. Shame but Southampton go through these sort of things on an almost weekly basis!

If he's 20 then Jack is 40? Jack WILL be sold, need to be on the ball here, we got Given and Haugarrd's wages that can go to him

Jack WILL be sold, need to be on the ball here, we got Given and Haugarrd's wages that can go to him That may be the case. The point I was making is we're not going to pay £20m+ for a 2nd choice keeper just in case Jack is sold sometime in the near future. And you're right if Pickford is worth £20m then Jack is worth £40m. That doesn't alter the logic of my point.

All ifs means nothing I could go through that lot and say none are leaving who's going leave unless barca or Madrid come calling because no other league can match wages.
