6 has tried and brought in players we could of only of dreamed about, but not produced a motivated squad and winners.

4 What can you say about a bloke who literally does not have the team fit and raring to go when the season kicks off in august? But is chilled and happy to wait till october for the lads to get there act together
To be fair he hasn't actually got us relegated yet
But he's working on that one!

Can only be one number can't it?
9
Not defending today's performance, but he has done what no other Stoke manager has ever achieved! Three consecutive top ten finishes.

Lets not forget the first two and half seasons. The speed with which he turned us into a more dynamic football side and recognised the players that Tone had on a leash could actually play was staggering. Three 9th place finishes wont be bettered soon either.
8.5 for me and a generous round of applause whenever he comes back.

8. We're far better now than we ever were under TP. And not spent that much compared to other teams. Shame it's begun to depreciate now, takes it down by 2 points for me.

7/10. Came in, took us above where we'd finished before. No Europe or cup finals, but a stronger league position that remained consistent for three seasons. He also brought in players that raised the profile of the club.
He then fucked it all over a 15 month spell and has left us with a real squad issue this summer, which may take another half decade to fix. However we're still in the league.
Basically he's done nothing major either way. Hasn't done anything brilliantly good or god awfully shit (yet) . So it's a 7.

Four seasons, started well but most by then were against Pullis so we thought this is refreshing,Second season same as first, third and fourth poor .This season may be the lowest points tally, our away form is dire . Signings Pieters average at best. Johnson passed best. Ireland no comment Given. no comment Wolly. no comment Hagland even Wigan don't want him. Bardesly not let us down. Grant. Very good Bruno. Very good worried he has not been signed up. Bojan Manager did not now where and when to play him. Muni Could be good if given a extended run in one position. Arnie. For 2.5 million good buy. Allen. 13 million average at best. Imbula 18 million was of space. Shack 12 million good when he wants. Sohbi 5 million MH does no fancy him. WBA striker 12 million why. l have missed a few as I am on my way out.

6.5/10, after that Liverpool demolition we really looked like a team that knew where it was going and what the gameplan was.
Now we're like some lunatics crayon doodle on his cell wall.

8.
The amount of times we have finished in the top 10 in 3 consecutive seasons prior to his tenure dictates as much.
People saying 3,4,5 clearly weren't around when we actually had terrible managers.

Didn't want him here from the start. Came in, changed our style and made us play some really entertaining football and achieve some massive results. We only lost 3 home games in his first season. But slowly he got allowed more money (rightly so) but he has a proven track record of not being trusted with large fees. The best players he's brought here have been small fee's, in this day and age His preseason preparation is shocking, and has been since he came. I don't buy this "but we finish strong" One season we had a strong burst but not anymore. Clearly defensive work isn't high on his to do list during training. He doesn't have a set formation, plan or structure, nor does he seem able to change things when we're crying out for it. Losing Nzonzi was HUGE and 30+ million has been spent trying to replace him and no one has even come close. He held the team together and was the most valuable player we had. He can't pick a striker for toffee, and when we seem to have one, he doesn't set up correctly for them and they flop or get pushed out wide and then revert back to Crouch or Walters. The writings been on the wall for 15 months, the football has lost it's entertainment, the players look lost, out of form and uninterested. He's subs are mental, he doesn't have a plan b and will never hold his hands up. He can't appear to get the players fired up. Away form is wank. Amazing we're not in the bottom 4. He's got to go at the end of the season and we have to change from looking for the best stat'd British Manager. If he's here next season, we will go down.

Bought the players this club has seen since the '70s but doesn't know how to manage them. The same thing happened at Manchester City. He's a nice chap but his time is up.

Agree with most of this other than when he went big time on signings he spunked a load of money on shit. Still it's 7 from me

Totally agree with the principle but dropping my mark down to an 8 - up till Christmas 15 he gave me some of my best ever SCFC memories but the past 16 months have honestly been a lash-up at best, too many of his shortcomings seem to have come home to roost

Took over a stable, well-organised setup and turned it into an omni-shambles. Not fair March at all. He took over a decaying side and resuscitated it. We briefly looked like we could beat any side in the country. Quite how he has got himself into this unholy mess though is bewildering.

Took over a stable, well-organised setup and turned it into an omni-shambles. Not fair. We were dire, unmotivated and cynical those last few months under Tone and Sparky was an immediate breath of fresh air. (Even if I didn't rate him when he arrived on the basis of Fulham and QPR - till back end of last season he consistently proved me wrong, and I still don;t fully understood how/why he lost it the way he did.)
