Given its reasonable to assume we stay in the premiership
(still by no means guaranteed though - 3 more wins needed )
and given, we've frozen ticket prices for so many years;
You can see a conflict emerging as regards how to market the additional capacity, being put in this summer versus,
growing pressure to increase prices to reflect our 'small take' from this part of the business
( I.E. SEASON TICKETS AND MATCH DAY 'BUMS ON SEATS')
be interesting to see how they play this one
My take - a season ticket in block 29 is incredible value at £379
and the club knows the capability to spend in the potteries area Still, means they really cant mess
with such pricing too much either ( £400 next season?)
So I reckon the corner seats need to be marketed really keenly to attach casual fans on matchdays to come in to
fill those seats and, get us to regular 30,000 attendances
also given our high season ticket percentage of seats in the ground ( only 2-3000 match day seats
available to buy on the day - I believe - happy to be corrected)
be interesting to see how the club deals with this 'balancing act'

I suspect a bit of weariness and discontent might also set in if we have a poor end to the season as well, which could lead to some people not renewing, particularly if the price goes up.
The club have been really fair with the pricing in keeping it at the same level for years. They might feel the time is right for a small increase, but they need to give this a lot of thought. I'm sure they are doing.

The club could give everyone free season tickets and it would make hardly any difference to the 100's of millions of £ they make from the TV revenue. I can't see a price hike in fact I think they will be frozen again as they will want more people to buy ST's to fill the new seating in the corner. Gouranga.

I really can't see the club increasing prices yet, certainly not for loyal season ticket holders. They know it is important to keep the ground full and the revenue from tickets is minor relative to TV and if anything they want to create a good atmosphere so Stoke figure more on TV and get a greater share of TV money if possible (doubtful I know).
If Stoke really want to boost revenue they should try and find a quality Chinese player and raise the club's profile in the far East.

The club could well afford to drop ticket prices. There's absolutely zero reason to increase them. Zero.

The campaign by Malcolm Clarke to reduce away ticket prices to £30 was commendable as is his "Twenty is Plenty". Cant help but think it's a shame "a fiver" doesn't rhyme with anything apt.

If they want to rise them after this time, they could do so and promise a free cup ticket in with it as well. Personally they don't have to financially

Considering the recent announcement, I find it odd/a missed opportunity there isn't a "Sign Up" or "Register Your Interest" page for the new corner

After a shoddy and screw you email from the Wonderfully entitled Supporter Growth and Services Manager i am considering not renewing next year Any increase will make my mind up What did you email about and what was the reply? The prices should be reduced really. My usual complaint Bayern, Buses back to Stoke Town and the Supporter Growth Manager just basically said nothing to do with them they have increased buses (the issue as i pointed is not so much quantity though this could be increased similiar to the amount waiting at Stanley Park in Merserside but) lack of boarding gates on Sir Stan Way my suggestion that some of the 200k used on away fans cou;d be used on home fans was ignored and that the dispersal of away fans is nowt to do with them but Staffs Police and everything is acceptale as far as they are concerned. So my still queing at 5-30 and missing my train will Grow Support and and is good customer service In fairness Ange from the council is meeting with the ceo before Palace and is really trying, but it really is a shambles and for some reason is getting worse There was another issue regarding my and a few others around me our seats which the Supporter Growth man has taken on board but that is a minner issue compared to the inconvienience of the buses

You want the club to sign a Chinese player so we can attract some Chinese investor and plastic Asian fans ? That would be the ultimate sell-out move. Thank god ur not in charge of the club

Stoke should reduce all season tickets to £100 and set a new precedent.
The amount of TV money washing around is grotesque and it's about time the supporters benefitted rather than the players.
It'd also hopefully shame those clubs who charge in excess of £1,000 so their fans can watch multi millionaires prance about.
How amazing would it be to be the FIRST club to ever do this?

Don't know the official price, it would be interesting to find out. I just googled the game to find the time as I am going to W Brom, and the next site down was quoting prices FROM £170.00 !
