People are allowed to criticize the manager when he makes mistakes. Really? Well fuck me, I didn't know that! Well the OP clearly doesn't.

People are allowed to criticize the manager when he makes mistakes. Correct. But when people start banding words like "crisis" about and use phrases like "the club is rotten" and calling Hughes a "useless twat" then it goes beyond that. It's the modern day fan, gets too carried away with a few wins and too downbeat after a few bad results. Always about the bigger picture, and the only outcome with that in mind as far as I'm concerned is "carry on Sparky"......

The occasional win against the division's worst teams makes no difference whatsoever.

The occasional win against the division's worst teams makes no difference whatsoever. Of course it doesn't. Cause you don't get the same amount of points for a victory these days do you?

Great win but lets be honest we played for half an hour and let a poor team dominate the match from that point. Yes lets be happy, yes lets give Hughes some credit, lets give Crouch some credit but lets not get carried away we still haven't played well in both halves of a game since god knows when Sigh............Yes let's be happy and yes let's give credit. Surprised the two words exist in your limited vocabulary all we usually see is "your not making any sense"

Today should be an end to the Hughes out crap on here... For a while. So, we beat Sunderland and Watford, two of the worst teams in the league and everything is ok. The second half today could have been disastrous against a better side. It will take a lot more to convince many that Hughes is the man to take us to this mythical next level!.

Christ almighty the dick measuring is out in force on this thread.
We beat Sunderland today in very good fashion but last weekend is going to live long in the memory as is the throwing away a 2-0 lead to a 10 men Leics.
Hughes in general has done a very good job but it would be nice if I felt like there was some method in the chaos that has been the last 12 months prior to that semi final loss to Liverpool at the start of last year I thought there was but since then its just seemed very chaotic.

People are allowed to criticize the manager when he makes mistakes. Don't think the person hasn't been born yet who doesn't make mistakes. There's plenty on here who being born could be classed as mistakes though

I actually thought that your reply to the OP was pretty stupid. This is a forum where people can give their opinions on the club, manager, players, fans whatsoever. I'm fine with people voicing their praise for Hughes, but when he makes mistakes we can discuss that and criticize him for it. Why is that so hard for people to accept.

I don't know why folks go to watch the obvious shit that Hughes serves up on a regular basis. In fact if we don't tonk Manure next week I am going to get my van out, with new banners fitted to it and park it outside the Brit (never will be the Bet365 for me). The banners will read 'Hughes Out' and 'Bayern In'. It's not just that Bayern 88k poster seems to be a totally miserable sod, he really does appear to know better than Hughes or anyone else on this board for that matter how to manage SCFC and make it a regular top 4 side. I move that he be given the manager's job in the summer. Anyone else back me on this? Great win today at a place where we have been humbled in the past, time to get behind the manager and the team. UTP. Superb well said. Bayern is gutted tonight that stoke won. ----!

I said before the game we'd win with that line up. Two wingers and a big centre forward is a good option. Now ffs MH Stick with that side and stop chopping and changing! Goal of the season and a great win

The occasional win against the division's worst teams makes no difference whatsoever. True. But consistent wins against the worst teams and occasional wins against the best teams does. That's how you end up mid table. But don't let stats get in the way of the answers in in your head.

Two games isnt enough to base anything on. Ok, lets look at the bigger picture then, since it's only two games. We are also 9th in the table, 3 points behind 7th. That certainly suggests that there is no crisis.
