The result will more than likely be in Sunderland's favour whatever team you lot think Hughes should pick. 11 Wins and God knows how many 0-4 and 0-3 defeats in the last 38 Premier League games is worse than any Pulis team and even he couldn't win at the SoL.

It has to be that really. It won't be. Johnson will be lucky not to be dropped too. Jonno is going downhill fast! Didn't see anything from N'Goy to justify all the hype...makes me wonder what our U23's do all week Same here. Hardly touched the ball. Not his fault. Our development squad and academy are still failing to produce. Questions to be asked if anyone at the club actually cares. Johnson was pants. Barsdley for me next week. At least he's bothered. Glen looked like he was already thinking of the best way to get to Stratford.

He showed far more football intelligence than his team mates. And he was about the only Stoke player to take on a man and do him for pace too.

Fully expecting Grant Johnson Shawcross BMI Pieters Adam Afellay Walters Allen Arnie Crouch 100% that will be the team. Hopefully i will be so shit-faced, in geordieland friday night, that I will just be thinking about the metro back rather than watching the balloon-chasing dog that is walters....on the wing!!! ...and in place of Walters you would have ...the balloon chasing dog that is Diouf?

Diouf used to do that when played at CF. No one noticed him either.

Both aren't really what we need in truth.

Yesterday there was a break on if we could get the ball to Arnie quickly. Crouch took SIX touches to get the ball to him, so by that time Wolves defenders were in position. If Crouch plays we have no possibility of a quick break through the middle.

Who is actually going? and what team should we play as it seems nobody has a clue what our best team is which is the most worrying part of it all.
Id play:
Grant johnson shawx BMI Muni
Whelan Affelay
Shaq Allen Arnautovic
Diouf

The scariest thing about this is that Peter Crouch is our first choice centre forward. Not having a go at him but that's not good is it. Not when you consider how many games he's played on the trot now and how knackered he looked Satdee!

I genuinely think he's going to give Ngoy a start next weekend after assessing Crouch's contribution today. -------------- Grant ------------- Bards --- Ryan --- Indi --- Pieters ------- Whelan ----- Adam ------ Shaq -------- Allen -------- Arnie -------------- Ngoy ------------- No chance. It was an ideal time to start him Satdee instead of a tired looking Crouch. There's no way he'll start him in a PL game. Bench at best (if SJW is not half fit)

I won't object to hoof ball or anther Watford type performance. Just get 3 points.
As for the team or formation , not got a clue anymore. Just don't play Imbula again.
