I dont use a car i use the Shuttle Bus two trains and then a further one hour bus journey so the lamentable 1st leg of the journey is a mither to me and more important than the football, your point is valid and accepted though Alster. Hats off to you, in this day and age where every single Premier League game is watchable live on high quality streams via starstreams and similar services I can honestly say I could not match your level of commitment to get to games. I do less than 20 miles in the car and I have to say if it were much more trouble than that I'd quit. We are basically saying the same thing alster. I have been afflicted with this since i was growing up in the 70s yin Chester. I love Stoke City as well as the people of S-O-T but as I get older inconvieniences like the shuttle bus start nagging me. As I say we are saying the same thing really alster, nice one mate

Massively shocked the family stand is half empty on a night game, not as it the kids need to get up early is it they don't this week do they? we had a load of witton albion under 7's in front of us in the South Stand most schools I know have reopened. Those under 7s were probably at school as well, late night for them

The family stand wants fucking off. Shove it in a little corner away from the cameras as well. Even in the big games there's empty seats. The rest of the ground can still be full but the family stand always lets it down. It's half empty to start with and a quarter full on 75 mins. Name and shame those that do it or fuck it off somewhere else. What needs fucking off is Sky moving fixtures. When games are moved from 3pm Saturday, when children can easily attend, to 8pm on a Monday, most young kids will have school the next day, being up till 10pm in the freezing cold is not ideal. But sky do not care about the fans that attend games. The family stand is where the next generation of fans will come through and where parents can afford to bring children, something that needs expanding, not fucking off.

Personally don't give a shit. Always empty seats in there no matter what time kick off. No excuses. Attend the matches, pass your cards on for the day or fuck off I say. What so people should fuck off if they don't want to attend one game, even if they've paid the money? With that sort of thinking we'll be lucky get 10,000 there Where the fuck do you get one game from? Read the bloody posts man! This is every single game including the big games. Empty seats in the family stand is the norm.

How many left in by the final whistle 10,000 at a stretch. Left shortly after the additional minutes board went up but it looked about that even by then. unless whats on offer improves I think people might have to get used to the sight of empty seats. People leave every game like last night mate but it's not just our fans that do it.We've become everything I ever slagged Arsenal and Man Utd fans off for, leaving early, taking photos on mobiles😡 I took my 3 year old to the Brit for the first time on Tuesday night so rather than leave on the final whistle, like I would normally do, I left on 88 minutes just so we could walk back to the car without being swarmed by fellow supporters. I even took a picture of him in the ground to mark the occasion. Does that make me like an Arsenal or Manure fan? I also have a 90 mile drive home after every game. I thought it was dedication enough to sit through 88 minutes with a 3 year old knowing that we wouldn't get home until after midnight? Now I might be a plastic supporter, or even an Arsenal type supporter. I don't think I've ever felt so insulted!

You can all get out of your ivory watch towers and fuck right off!
I pay good money for the privilege to go and watch Stoke. Its MY money. If I want to leave 3 or 4 mins before the end of the game to avoid that horrific traffic queues, then thats my prerogative, its got nothing to do with anyone else having a good old moan.
And for the record, Tuesday, I left on 90 mins as the added on time came up, and it still took an hour to leave the car park! How fucking glorious!

Of course its alright. they've bought their seats in the area allocated by the club, each to his own and all that shit. What exactly do you propose that the club doesn't make any effort to foster the next generations of Stoke fans, compulsory attendance, public flogging. I don't mind if they move it I may be able to reclaim a spot high up and not too far from the half way line which is my preferred viewing spot which I gave up in protest at Pulis' wank excuse for football now slowly re emerging under Hughes and not have to be frozen by gale force winds whistling through the now open corner. Only drawback then is the sun in your eyes over the McEwan's, John Smith's whatever they call the bloody thing nowadays. They'll only have to move it somewhere else which, someone else will object to because it piques their sense that they are a superfan amongst a throng of JCL's who they'd rather didn't support their team.

Public flogging sounds good to me. Put them somewhere else. Couldn't give a fuck where. Preferably for them somewhere higher up like you say out the rain etc, but the family stand and location is an issue for many seats not taken up on a matchday.

But as I said wherever you move it to people will have an issue with it from some angle or other. Not in the South stand next to away fans, not in the boothen the alleged home end, even though they're much quieter than the South stand. Not in the main stand amongst the most expensive seats. Get my drift, the seats are empty but they're bought and paid for they'll be just as empty wherever you put it.

There is always empty seats in the family stand on night matches, this is due to parents being responsible and not keeping there kids up late on school days.On Tuesday there were hundreds of empty seats so do we need to shut all the stands.Whos bothered about some empty seats on TV,there were thousands not long ago,and there most proberly be on Sat.But the FA cup does not matter to our Premership supporters.

It wasn't a one off and they didn't have an off day. We haven't put in a good home performance for over a year now. Tuesday they did exactly what they were sent out to do. They won the game and the points it wasn't pretty it wasn't exciting, it wasn't meant to be. I'm a season ticket holder and have either been so or a regular attender of home games since Durban's promotion year, I really don't need you to tell me how to be a football supporter I have a mind of my own. I refused to renew in protest at the football under Pulis and may well do so again if Hughes doesn't grow a pair before its time to commit. When you buy a season ticket you don't do so expecting your team to perform well and entertain you every game but a few times per season I think that is reasonable.

We watched the shooting drills in the warm up and he knew every player even though he could only see back of them. The woman was amazed. Even more so when I told her he'd tell her which player wears which number. She picked 11 for some unknown reason and just as I was about to say he doesn't know that one, he said joselu. I didn't even know he was number 11. Hard to know what the right age. My eldest was a nightmare on his debut and he was 6, maybe a bit older.
