When he launched his jacket, think we were getting battered by Newcastle or something. Proper won me over that day.

The man city home game last season when we gave one of most expensively assembled teams in the world a football lesson.

The man city home game last season when we gave one of most expensively assembled teams in the world a football lesson. I agree; undoubtedly our best performance under Hughes and better than beating a poor Liverpool team 6-1. Would that we could repeat it on Saturday ? Wouldn't that be something to cherish?

When he launched his jacket, think we were getting battered by Newcastle or something. Proper won me over that day. Sent to the stands for kicking a ball on the pitch after Atkinson had already sent off two Stoke players, awarded Newcastle a penalty and missed a blatant handball in the build up to a Newcastle goal inside five minutes. He hurled that coat in the air for all of us!

Arnie's free kick at Old Trafford was special -- Fist fights in the tunnel, Van Persie getting choked out by crouch (I think that was the same match) too bad the match fizzled out when Marc Wilson replaced Arnie from stomach illness. Its gotta be the demolition of the Liverpool though

Definitely the demolition of Liverpool. After years of being force fed bonus rump roast dressed as Steak, it was nice to finally dine out on the finest Fillet Steak and chips.

Arnie's free kick at Old Trafford was special I can never pass up a chance to post this... The lame "MUFC - OK!", the woman squealing, the ball hitting the net, the Stoke fans going mental, the Shit fan saying "I can't believe this... I can not believe this!" It's just brilliant. Hover your mouse to the 1:46 mark & just watch it over & over again

On Gerrard's last game as well, I still masturbate violently to that match.

The moment I heard he had Delilah as his ring tone......Nothing gives me more pleasure when the manager starts to become a fan of the club they manage, no previous history of the club, but totally getting into the ethos of the club.

The Man City game was the best performance I've ever seen from a Stoke side, but my favourite has to be the 6-1 over Liverpool. Simply beyond the wildest fantasies of anyone growing up in the 70s/80s.
If the ref hadn't intervened, that Arsenal game would have ended up in similar fashion too. Still angers me that.

There's been loads for many reasons. I always remember Wingy scoring against West ham and thinking it had come together well. Chelsea in the league cup last season was ace. That took sheer bollox bloody minded resilience. When some claim the Hughes set up is lacking in spirit reflect on that Chelsea game and bear in mind they are talking absolute rubbish.
