They would have beaten us with ten men mattador. In fact I think they could have beaten us with nine. Far, far superior!

Bony looked decent. Not scared to shoot and held it up well. Needs service and people around him Indi looked good. Composed, good positioning, good in the tackle and strong. Massive upgrade on Wolly. Wolly lovers take note!

More game time into Ryan, Bruno and Wilfred. Things will change keep the faith. Mark and his team know it's not good at the moment. I really think it should be possible not to be so exposed on counter attacks as we are now anyway! This happened over and over again at the end of last season and has continued into this season as well! When something happens over and over again it's no coincident it's bad management! You really don't have to be a rocket scientist to prevent this from happening so often as it does with us!

It's bad defending, there are too many players up for corners, we need a couple more staying back, especially when the opposition have fast counter attackers available.

I thought we started really well tbh, looked pretty good, Imbula looked like he'd taken on board that he needs to do more going back but it all went to pot after their goal.

Didn't make the game today as away with family this weekend, only caught the last 20 mins on talksport So as per the title thread was there anything good about today? How did the 2 new boys look? What positives can there be in a 4-0 home drubbing which comes as part of a whole series of 4-0 and 3-0 drubbings ???!!!!!!

Allen played well - added energy in the middle.
Imbula had a very good first half - difficult to shake off the ball and played some good passes.
Bony looks like a genuine goal threat - just need the service
Indi looked like a proper old school centre back
The better team for the first 20 minutes and unlucky to be down at half time.
At 2-0 the wheels fell off...

Thought it was a nice touch when Lloris clapped the Boothen End at the start of the second half (which was reciprocated). Nice chap.
