One rule for Shawcross, different rule for Vertonghen.
Why am I not surprised?

Madley proving how refs only giving pens for pulling at corners against us. Vertongen pulling there clearly a penalty if Stoke rules are applied.

Consistency you fucking weapon, how in the fuck can one televised game award 2 penalties and then another televised game pull them up for seeing it, warn them and then tell them to retake the corner?
What kind of message will that send out ffs?
Corrupt as fucking fuck.

Said it last week, it depends on what club shirt you are wearing whether it's a penalty or not.

Mike Dean applying the letter of the law against Ryan and Sterling.
Madley not applying it.
ALL the refs HAVE to apply the same rules ALL the time.
Madley should be suspended for a month...

So the straight up molestation that happened by vertonghen was excused that little clip by lamela wasn't? These refs I swear. Mexican water has more consistency with my bowels. Consistency eh?

Someone from our football club should start asking some awkward questions with regards all this inconsistency.
I also hope we will also scrutinise Mike Dean's performance this week to see if he applies the same rules as last week.

Our penalty was given to even things up by a ref who knew he had fucked up. I don't think Dean fucked up on the Ryan decision, he was clearly grappling. I do think that he felt pressured to even it up though as the Sterling incident proved. Sorry if this upsets those that feel we're somehow victims because Ryan is a serial offender...

I also hope we will also scrutinise Mike Dean's performance this week to see if he applies the same rules as last week. We prepared a dossier during the other ones time and fuck all happened. It's a fine balacing act. With the thin skinned fuckers referees are, it could arguably make things worse for us, if we criticise the little darlings! Big team bias, it was ever thus! Makes every little victory that bit sweeter.

Have we had more players booked for 'dissent' than any other club?
I think it is 3 now, although for the first two it was our players who had been fouled.

Whether you think itwas right or not for dean to award the penalties last week, the point is we need consistency. The rules are the rules and should be the same for everyone, I agree the club should be taking this further in some way, especially after this weekends round of games where I can guarentee not a single penalty will be given for grappling even though we will see much worse than we saw last weekend. It's a joke!

2-0 down when we got our decision when Dean arguably tried to "right his wrong". Would we have got the first decision at 0-0?? Not a chance... Given the rules he didn't need to right a wrong, he got it right, so how were we victimised? So where have the other 83 penalties been this season then? Amazing how we were the first victims 18 months ago as well when the Swansea penalty was going to trigger a massive purge on grappling in the box. Fast forward to the ManUre v Chelsea game a few days later when both teams were assaulting each other in the box. Fuck all was done. I'm not saying there's a conspiracy against us per se, but anyone who thinks there isn't a big club bias whether it be conscious or sub-consciously is kidding themselves....,,

Nail on head time but it won`t go down well with some? at least he did try to make amend`s with our penalty which is progress i suppose.
