People keep mentioning Vardy as a success story from the lower leagues that Premier League clubs should copy. Nobody mentions that Leicester signed him for 1M in the Championship and as far back as last season was struggling to get in the side, ironically linked to Tone at West Brom. No Premier League club would take a 1M gamble on a striker from Fleetwood. Not one. Who said take a gamble on a striker from fleetwood? A few Talented Championship players in the mix will do me who will see stoke as a step up and have a desire to match it, their enthusiasm may bur of on a few of the big time charlies Like who? We are short of a younger, mobile Whelan replacement, a back up winger and a 15 a season man up front. Give me some names from the Championship.

Funnily enough they both play a pressing game aswell

Dembele has been every bit as important to Spurs as Dier and Alli this season and they've missed him when he hasn't played.

Are Dembele and Kante not 'competitive' then?

The brits have never been as technically good as the foreign legion so we make up for it with industry. Foreigners are coached technical football from an early age, imagine taking whelan (as good as brit) and shawcross out of our team and what do you have? A jellyfish
