Don't know if already bought up at the meetings or on here but surely the toilets need an in door and a one way out door, the queue's are ridiculous and then on top you even have people standing outside of entrances talking and oblivious they are blocking entry! People standing by the toilet entrances makes getting in and out worse,a steward asked a group to move away from the entrance and all he got was abuse, maybe some on here stand there most proberly the same who stand in the exits from 80minutes ,no respect .

Bojanballer How have you tried to contact the supporters council? We have no mail from you.

Werrington, agreed but they could have spent the money painting inside the away supporters end for example as other clubs have. I am suggesting to help our fans is a better use of the cash. We can only have deals with clubs who want to participate, West Ham was another. Thanks for your comments

I'm very disheartened to learn that the meeting still went ahead without Ilford Dave. What’s the frigging point? Indeed. The bastards will be sneaking the tannoy volume up again without the vigilance of the Stoke City Couriers representative!

I know that it's only a small and very petty thing, but there was something a while back that did make me question the extent to which the club listen to the supporters' council.
The minutes from a meeting a while back say that the SC informed the club that the playing of that ridiculous 'Happy' dross after the final whistle when we win is an abomination, and that the Ken Dodd song should come back immediately (I'm paraphrasing). The club said that they'd take note of that and so on. Twelve months later on, we still have that nonsensical dirge piping out whenever we win.

Momo, you can say the same about any business, ultimately the owners have the final say however I have no doubt that without Council representation, free away travel on official coaches would have almost certainly gone and reciprocal ticket prices would have been less than they are. That's an incredibly bold statement to make and a grab at an awful lot of credit. I'd love to see one shred of evidence to support that. Do mention that thought to St Peter the next time you see him Ange!

Not trying to grab any credit at all, just stating facts. I'm sure Peter knows that too.

I've asked this before but never got an answer...
Does the SC meet prior to the meeting with the club to get all their ducks in a row? Or do they rock up and make it up as they go along?
Also, what are ELECTED members doing to garner supporter opinions?
