Booing the team and leaving early
Shallow or what?...get a grip!!!
Every team has bad games...the last thing needed is shallow support ...especially with a new brilliant player on board

Every team has bad games...the last thing needed is shallow support ...especially with a new brilliant player on board Last I checked I paid 688 quid for two season tickets so as it is i'll leave whenever want and if I want boo I will. For what it's worth I didn't boo but those who did then that's upto them. And as for fairweather I've had a season ticket for over 20 years now. So shove your fairweather shit

It seems like its ok for players to lap up all the applause on the good days but then shouldn't expect a dogs dinner when they don't put a shift in either
Doesn't work like this in the real world; put a foot wrong at work and you'll end up with a bollocking - why should it be different for pampered men some of whom could retire tomorrow if they wished

Cheering let's them know you're happy, booing that you're not. It's been that way since time began, get used to it Not really, cheering when they do well and polite applause when they don't is far more effective. The players know how they played and if they didn't the manager will tell them. We don't want to end up with players too scared to try. Booing breads mediocrity.

The booing wasn't just for today's performance (which was worth it on it's own) but a build up of a month's worth of shit performances culminating in today's debacle. Luckily we already have 33 points on the board but we're certainly in a false position right now.
Hopefully things click again soon but right now there are problems in just about every area of the pitch.

I think booing is born out of frustration of the result and not particularly aimed at the players.

It's their job to play football. Does booing them bother them? Probably not. Would it bother me if I got booed at work? Would it fuck. As long as I get paid people can boo me everyday. Think of it like that and you'll come to the conclusion that booing is pointless because they really don't give a shit if you boo them or not

If fans want to boo to show their displeasure bloody well good luck to them. If people want to go early then that's their prerogative. Why some fans worry about it God only knows. The way things are going it's the bloody least of our worries.
