Think he handled the Huth questions well. Lots of praise for him.
Obviously didn't have issue with his defending, spoke of him as a leader which we all knew but also focused on Wolly's range of passing which tells the real story. Huth's distribution was never going to fit with his plans for us going forward.

Unsure that Cameron is totally fit, as I've seen him mentioned in just a few predictive lineups. Any new statements from Hughes on the matter? Very glad Shaq is back in training but I also hope we don't rush him as I believe, even with some of our lesser-used subs, we have what it takes to get past Leicester.

Will we have one eye on next Tuesday? I would think so. Remember the Wolves game in the run-up to the cup final? TP went for continuity and it backfired. I hope LMH uses the squad at Leicester... I'd like to see Glen, Erik, Shaq, Whelan, Affy & Arnie rested.

Butland Bards Wilson Shawx Wolly Cameron Adam Diouf Walters Joselu Crouch What an absolute car crash of a team. Hahahaha I wouldn't say car crash but it's certainly not the team Hughes will pick, he'll go with something like Butland Johnson Wooly Ryan Pieters Cameron Whelan Walters Bojan Diouf Joselu thus saving a few for tuesday but I'd play my strongest team in both games to be fair.

Obviously its not the strongest team. If we lose key players and suffer on Tuesday just so we can beat Leicester we'll regret. We can always catch up in the league, plenty of games left, but I'd be gutted to miss a cup final.

Hughes has some really tough decisions. Does he start Bojan knowing we need him firing on all cylinders against Liverpool? The lack of pre season has definitely caught up with our little man, he looks knackered. He probably needs a prolonged rest but this is literally the worst time for that.
I think we can beat Leicester even if we don't play a full strength team. Their season is on the turn imo. Vardys goals have inevitably dried up and that's where the problems start because they tend to concede poor goals.
If we do beat Leicester, people will have to take notice.

Any updates on squad fitness? Shaq, Cameron, Imbula Shaq got back training yesterday so could be available Cameron is still out Arnie has a hamstring issue (and has done for a few weeks). Hughes said he needs to be managed carefully and may get a rest at some point over the next week or two.

Alright chaps, should be an interesting one.
We've been off colour of late, a few niggling injuries (Vardy not trained properly for a couple of months), Mahrez and Kante not performing quite as they were. We've looked quite negative and long ball since we beat Chelsea. I know we've had quite a difficult run of games, which along with the above can account for you not performing brilliantly, but there is always that minor worry Ranieri is setting us up too defensively, compared to going very attacking for the first half of the season.
We have still been incredibly hard to beat, (only three losses in 31 premier league games now I think... which is a bit mental). I think most of us are just hoping for a bit more positive football and not being too defensive. That ends up with us hoofing it, which whilst being direct early on... it wasn't often aimless like it has been.
You're on form and got a hand full of match winners, so it will be difficult. Hopefully it's just an exciting game and whatever happens happens.

Play the strongest team. 3 days rest is enough, A win may boost confidence for the Liverpool game giving us a much better chance than with a tad more fitness. Getting Bojan a goal could prove crucial

You've had little of the ball in most matches this season and all that chasing is starting to catch up with you it seems. It might not be as pretty now but you still look like a solid team and you should have enough to stay in the top 6, maybe even top 4. As for tomorrow I've seen a few previews saying there will be lots of goals, I disagree and think it will be a cagey affair, 1-1 is my prediction.

A lot of people still seem to be under the impression that we've got a shit defence. We changed it after the Arsenal thumping and dropped the two attacking full backs for two that are very defensive. Since then... (15 games ago) guess which two teams have the best defensive records in the premier league??? We've both conceded 12 each.
