If Shawcross is gone the season is over. Relegation battle here we come. I'll assume that was an attempt at black humour rather than an opinion.

We got everything we deserved today, nothing, anyone thinking Liverpool's defence is rubbish, so we have chance of making it to the final, may have to thing again after that woeful display up front today, Liverpool could put cardboard cutouts in defence on tuesday, and we would still struggle to score.

If Shawcross is gone the season is over. Relegation battle here we come. Behave It is a sad state of affairs when our season turns on the fitness of one player. Unfortunately it may be true.

If we insist on laying this tippy-tapped stuff, we must have more movement off the ball - especially the forward players trying to get into space and make run behind the defense. Just looked lethargic and couldn't care less. Very disappointing.

Wasn't Wooly dragged down to the ground in the penalty area, seconds before they got their first?

I think we've seen another game where Hughes got the subs all wrong yet again. Crouch and Odem? Come on. What about Charlie or MvG? They at least bomb forward. Another problem is that we have no back up wingers

Just got back from the game. Wow what can I say we were absolutely poor, Leicester outplayed us and they deserve to be where they are in the table. Hughes got the tactics wrong but let's move on to Tuesday. Overall great atmosphere.
But I have to say that after today Leicester fans are absolutely vile fans. After they scored the second goal one of their fans threw a confetti container at me and 2 other guys. Absolutely no need for that, disgusting behaviour and the police didn't wanna know anything.

Just back. All the Leicester fans I spoke to in the bus queue for the Park and Ride said they were expecting a much harder game off us than they got. Mike Dean was mostly shit as usual, and I thought also the lino on our side too, but no disguising the fact that we were dreadful. The only bright spots in the second half for me were Huth's free kick and the bread song; I've just toasted the slice I caught with a bit of cheese.

Without Shawcross we struggle, Shaq doesn't do enough for me but how do we attract quality if we don't guarantee them a starting spot and Walters over the years has proved to be a more effective player when rested after a few games. Joselu should have done better with a free header with the only meaningful attempt at goal. Affaley and Wollffy are the standouts for me at the moment.

apparently Vardy hasn't scored for 7 matches now - looks like its time to get the bets on him regaining his scoring run starting with us! for the record, i think we might edge it 2-1 For once, can Stoke City Registered Charity not be handing out aid to those in need - non-winning streaks and non-scoring streaks being those most applicable. i didn't get that bet on

Someone was certainly dragged to the ground by lester player for their first goal, amazing how these incidents rarely get a mention when go against us, surefire that had it been at tother end Mr lineker would of spotted an infringement!

I watched closely yesterday - we played some nice football but hardly threatened. The Captain goes off and thats it, game over
sums up our club right now - mid table secure, upper quartile 'wannabees' - but when it come down to it and, the chips are down
i,e, a season defining 5 days in January - we become ordinary
We lose the captian and the hole is massive in our team - we got to get quality cover for Ryan in right now - a sad reality
great having all that possession - but zero penetration and, when we get the one big chance to affect the game
it got fluffed
very disaapointing but at least, we now know our place
Tuesday we'll probably go out without a whimper -but the sun will shine and we'll finish 9th or slightly better
that's how it looks to me right now
Lastly, ask your self this one - Q) Would Diouf have buried the header Joselu nodded straight back to the goalie ?
A) Absolutely ! no doubt in my mind - yes he would've
and so, Diouf needs to start at centre forward on tuesday

After the weekends results it could have been a lot worse, however after everyone has now played around us we are still 3 points off 6th and 4 off 5th after a woeful performance, as long as that is that and it is indeed out of our system, I'm happy to dust it off and move on to Tuesday!

My thoughts exactly. The other results could not realistically have gone better for us. To expect us to be at the top of our game and win every match is naive.

I just watched the replay of the first goal severa times to be sure. Huth definitely grabbed Wollsheidt by the arm and pulled him down out of the way. Dirty bastard

I'm not sure Diouf would have scored that header. He missed a similar chance against Spurs away.
