That Erdogan character is a worry. Seems to me he is a leader that is taking Turkey backwards. Turning the country into a Islamic dictatorship, what could possibly go wrong... How about a civil war in Turkey complicated by separatist Kurd and Armenian wars. scary.

The Tory David Davies hit the nail on the head, he said the Turks as a NATO ally should be told to close the border with Syria thus making it difficult to traffic arms and oil from he country, it would do more than a whole squadron of bombers.

We should side with Russia and obliterate ISIS and anyone else that promotes the Islamification of mother Europe . Spot on. But it isn't 'spot on' is it? The Russians aren't bombing Daesh they are bombing Anti-Assad forces. Assad has killed a thousand more Syrians than Daesh have..that's why there's so much more opposition inside Syria towards Assad then Daesh. And yet according to Cameron..these are the people who will suddenly drop their opposition to Assad and turn their weapons onto Daesh. Not what the Defence Committee concluded..headed by Tory MP John Barron (who voted against extending air strikes) We also have Turkey aiding and abetting Daesh because they are less of a threat than the Kurds. But the Kurds are very effective at fighting Daesh And the Kurds are being supplied with some weapons from The West. And some of these weapons are being passed on to Anti Assad forces who are also talking to Chechnyan Rebels. And they hate the Russians. And on it goes.

Thanks to the Russian's we have rebel groups calling for a truce & pulling out of major cities so they can go back under Government control, people can move back into their homes, and things can start the long road back to normality. Russia have also launched over 300 raids in the last couple of days, including firing cruise missiles from a submarine in the Med, against Daesh's capital city of Raqqa.
Assad, Russia, Iran & the Kurds (All our enemies apparently) are fighting terrorism. The US, UK & France are dropping a few bombs here & there to look like they're fighting terrorism. Saudi Arabia & Turkey (our 'allies') are funding terrorism & doing everything they can to help the terrorists.
