Not amazing. Showed some really good glimpses what he's all about. Nothing much to note really.

Not a lot he could do really..once the two were sent off we had no attack at all until the last 15 mins or so

He was as much in the game as anyone else up the point Adam and Afellay decided they wanted to soap each other up in the shower, when we went down to ten he did what he could and kept going which is important, not how he imagined his home debut i expect but what can you do
Definitely massively talented though, you can just tell

Some superb first touches to bring the ball under control, and some good approach play. He looked like he was linking up well. His crossing rarely beat the first man though so still a bit to work on. 2 games in? I reckon he'll be a cracking player for us once we get firing on all cylinders! For all intents and purposes, today could have been that day. The first 20 mins or so we looked completely in control and there was some great movement off the ball; the lads looked well up for it. Gutted it all fell apart really.

Think, at some moments you could see that he is an excellent football player....looking forward to see more of him

Ow rate, did some good things. Passed brilliantly, ran the channels. WBA squeezed him but 2 games in you can tell he has it in him and can change a game with a cracking shot. Tracked back and defended too which was nice to see. Player I'd love to see get more minutes on the wing for us at Arsenal.

Some great touches but once past his man he had no support with him due to the sendings off.

Did anyone hear the utter perineum slagging him off on P&G?

I'd imagine he's off with Switzerland so will get some more minutes under his belt with them before the Arsenal game.

Totally off the pace for me another one that's taken us back not forwards not in the same league as Moses early games the folly of the summer chases and bargain buys ruthlessly exposed again on a Saturday afternoon. Get used to it we are in a serious mess .

Good on the ball but did anyone else think his off the ball positioning was awful(before the sending offs)? I kept looking at the right wing and he was never there, I think he needs to be in the No10 roll to get the best from him.

Get used to it we are in a serious mess . That's awesome. I'm going to create a profile on another teams forum and say similar things. I'm genuinely amazed people rise to these comments when clearly they are not Stoke fans, just here to wind people up. It does make one wonder, how bad their life must be to spend time doing this though...each to their own I guess.

Massive positive for me was that he was willing to put himself about when we were down to 9, popping up everywhere, switching flanks. He was knackered after 35 minutes vs Norwich, he looked much sharper today, so he's getting there fitness wise. Marvellous player, agile, clever, touch. Brill. Are Switzerland playing in the break?

No intention to be controversial but I believe this is a legitimate question: watching a player for two games one can conclude that he has it in him ( shaqiri) and I agree; so watching a player for around 15 games one cannot conclude that he does NOT have it in him ? (Referring to wollscheid of course)

Wouldn't like to judge him on today's game for obvious reasons, although I am still trying to work out what his brief was for today, as he seemed to be on a wandering, play anywhere you like in the opposite half, sort of role.

He's fucking brilliant isn't he really. Shrugging off 4 defenders and still managed to get a cross in. Lightning quick and his footwork is sublime. Need a few player to adjust to his wave length but the thought of him and Bojan in a team makes by bollocks tingle.
