7/10, all things considered that's not half bad odds is it?
I appreciate cup upsets happen every season but 7/10?! That's put on £300 & it returns £510! Put on just a tenner and it returns 17
Surely Moobs & co can't cause the upset of the year, can they?
At 7/10 I'm tempted

Arsenal 0 West Ham 2 Gamble what you can afford! But always remember that there are no certainties! On the basis of the positions of the two clubs the odds would appear to be quite generous. I believe 2/5 might be more realistic but Luton have a history of causing upsets, the competition has a history of shock results. I hope we are not victims of one of these results!

We're a club taking this competition seriously, Luton are struggling in L2, I think those odds are there for the taking

the odds have dropped to 4/6.
Looking like it was well worth getting in early, they will tumble further when the teams are announced.

Give it to me instead ....I need a new part worn for the Lada . Only a £2 double. My thinking in the early rounds is there are bound to be a couple of shocks so why not have a punt at picking them. Full on reserve teams for most of the prem teams, bournemouth would probably sooner be out, Vale will take a decent following to Albion, and by all accounts have been pretty decent so far this season. in general the upset is marginally overpriced in the early rounds.

I have £25 on Stoke and Swansea giving just over evens
Swansea play York at home even with a reserve side should beat a poor York and equally with our second string containing bojan/Adam/crouch/Joselu we should put away Luton comfortably.

It is the heroin of modern day society. I can tell you from experience that it can ruin your life. It certainly should be completely banned from the television. No one should be encouraged to gamble. When I see so many young people coming into bookmakers and waving twenties around it makes me wonder what their lives are really like. In fifty years I have seen so many "certainties" go amiss. Save your money and take the missus and children out for a good time. Better still put the money in the bank. You can come back on after tonight when I hope Stoke have and should have won and take the micky but I know that long term you will lose. NOW THAT IS A CERTAINTY!

Not a big gambler myself, £5 to £10 a week 6 fold at weekend, been the same for years, I win on average 2 to 3 times a year. £30 for me is a massive bet compared to normal standards and i'll be back on the 5's at the weekend. There is a reason bookies are rich but if we mess this up tonight against a team in the 4th division when we are trying to take cups seriously, questions should rightly be asked, it's the perfect opportunity to kickstart the season taking us into the WBa game. He has to field a good line-up and these players should see it as a chance to impress

Right and wrong I am 40 now and I have gambled since school, from chuck a penny(but quids) to staking big bets on football....i bet on a Saturday usually sometimes midweek like tonight. I have never felt out of control and I have never bet what I can't afford to lose, it all comes down to self control and knowing your limits, I do a spreadsheet every year so I can see if I'm up or down and also how much can I bet, let year I was about £1200 up, I never bet on more than doubles(the bookies love a accy for a reason) but I will bet medium stakes on either singles or doubles and it works for me. Occasionally I do get stung but like I say I win more than I lose and I never bet what I can't afford to lose, I had £300 on arsenal last season in the fa cup semi against reading to win back £80 I think....shit happens...I also follow the horses in a big way and get all round the country with my wife going to big meetings so it's very much a social thing as well The real heroin of gambling is these machines they have in the bookies, I like to think of horse racing and football as a bit of a puzzle and some skill is needed to win...these machines are just random.::May as well save your precious time and just put it on red or black...I see people putting 100's into these and physically sweating and shaking when they come off them...they should be made illegal in bookies....casinos yes...high street bookmakers no.... I don't think it's fair to millions of responsible people to make things illegal just because some can't control their own shit...it's like making alcohol illegal because we have alcoholics.....

I feel that I should also warn everybody about taking this bet.
I have just given bet365 my money so the bet will fail, but hopefully they will use it before the transfer window closes.
