I've been in your place so many times. Betting his a fool's game. I include myself as one of the biggest fools!

You are just gamblers! Willing to blame anyone or anything! Keep your money in your pocket!

You are just gamblers! Willing to blame anyone or anything! Keep your money in your pocket! theyr 4th division mate. Think we're clever passing the ball sideways for 89 minutes but can't keep it at the end for 2 or 3 minutes and kill the game. Shambolic.

Only bet for fun so had a tenner returning about £16. Cashed out at 83 mins for £15.
First time I've taken a cash out so well pleased.

Couldn't really watch the whole match but the broken parts that I did see simply weren't good enough

You're letting the disappointment of losing a bet distort your comprehension of the game. The history of Cup Competion has no respect for league positions. There is a whole history of underdogs causing major shocks! Stoke had their reserve squad on and acquitted themselves brilliantly in the penalty shoot out especially Wollshied.

We were shit in every aspect apart from Walters goal. Sunderland didn't struggle to score 6.

" If we matched them for determination our quality would shine through" Football is a far more complex game than that! Why do clubs like Bradford get to cup finals? It's just not all about determination. Quality players have determination in spades. How do you think they get where they get? Stoke dominated the game, they controlled the game for 95% of the match and were exposed with a bit of quality which would grace any team. In extra time we played well and continued to be controlled although the game was open and players were obviously more pressured. Eight penalties on the trot under extreme pressure. Do you not think that takes courage and determination? You're talking out of your arse because you have lost a bet which has nothing at all to do with the actual game and you are sore! What's worse you take it out on the players!

I'm not a gambler actually, my hard earned is too precious. I'll admit to a couple of small Grand National bets over the years (I won 16 quid on Mr Frisk, think it was 1990 or summat) but betting isn't for me. I know rewards can be great, but for me the risk outweighs that. So I'll keep my money and spend 2 quid a week on trying to win the unwinnable big one, I can afford that, and feel no loss. That's not much risk at all, but the reward could be huge. So, I'll continue down that route so as to keep my hard earned dosh
