Gutted I'm working this weekend, I'd have been there otherwise.
Did the players show their appreciation after the final whistle?

5 live commentator was gushing in his praise for stoke fans throughout the game, even at 2-0 down.
So loud was the cheer when Arnie smashed in the penalty i thought he'd missed it.

Not for all, I know of a couple who left at 60 mins, more interested in the booze (wave).

It was up there as a top mental without a doubt. Being so close to the Spurs fans in the lower stand it was an absolute joy to rub their noses in their constant gloats and barracking when 2-0 up.
Proper mental!

Only football has the ability to make me feel like that, it was pandemonium when the 2nd went in but I thought we were excellent even at 2-0 down.
It was quite amusing because the Spurs fans to the right of us tried to drown us out but realised they couldn't and soon shut up.

Hahaha yeah, they genuinely tried but when their songs faded the Muniesa was still going strong. Pisser.

Spurs fans on Twitter were impressed with us... Great work there mate - really enjoyed those. The 'ntford' one at the bottom though is a Vale fan - good lad and was a cracking young footballer in his teens!

Now you see why the team fight back. I genuinely think we have a group of players who care. People like Arnie who have been here a while now are really starting to feel the shirt. The passion of the support. It's one hell of a unit.

It was a superb away day. My lad went flying, I looked behind and there was bloke on the floor who had come from 4 rows back! Crackers.
Great noise from the Stoke fans, brought back great memories of following Lou's team in the early nineties.

A lot can be said for supporters attending a football match giving everything to get behind the team. While people are sitting behind the keyboard saying we have got no hope, doomed etc. And no I wasn't there but I carry the hope of the fans in any game. Never give up, never give in and the players won't either.

Never give up, never give in and the players won't either. I remember that happening last season at West Ham. The fans at the game were so passionately behind the team and then Arnie equalised after 95 minutes. It as an incredible day. I couldn't wait to get on the MB as we travelled back from the game was was astonished to see the team getting slaughtered. It actually knocked me back quite badly to the point that almost deleted my MB account.

Proper mental! There's a guy in a white and black check shirt who gave it large at 2-0 up, we scored the first and he didn't look across until then end of the game, even after offering me up outside!
