Don't go to many away games, but would love to do one this season. Cannot wait for the West Brom game, because I think the Bear Pit will be back to it's very best! You lads that go to away games always do us proud. Well done to each and every one of you!

5 live commentator was gushing in his praise for stoke fans throughout the game, even at 2-0 down. So loud was the cheer when Arnie smashed in the penalty i thought he'd missed it. Exactly this.

Without wishing to bring a downer on a great thread what was that minor mither all about? There was lots of posturing going on in the upper tier with the Spuds fans to the right and a few Stokies decided they'd had enough and wanted to do a meet&greet with them but the stewards weren't in favour. Bloke behind me was desperate to join in but was sensibly held back by his mate. Apart from the worry of having a 20 stone bloke fall on top of me it was all quite amusing. Brilliant away day .

Without wishing to bring a downer on a great thread what was that minor mither all about? The TV camera closed in on it for few seconds. It looked as if there was a bit of verbals between a few Stokies and a few Spurs that went a bit far in some way and the stewards moved in and spoke to a few Stokies about it. the Stokies were disgruntled because the too farness of the Spurs fans was ignored by the stewards. That is my guess after watching about 3 seconds of it on television!

Yesterday is what following your club is all about. Throughout the day we mixed it with West Brom, Coventry and Leicester fans without a whiff of trouble, genuine football fans who know their stuff and care about their team as we do.
Onto the game and the first half was awful, but even at half time we never stopped singing and that carried on all through the second half. The lads on the pitch rallied to this and saw us to a great comeback!

What an amazing feeling when the equalizer went in. Atmosphere was incredible even at 2-0 down. Loved the faces change on those smug spurs fans. Really felt like we were a twelfth man yesterday.

Was sat with the spurs fans and was unbelievably proud of the stoke support yesterday it sounded and looked amazing. For about 5 minutes I stopped watching the game and was just watching our fans feeling so jealous that I wasn't in there with u lot.
Amazing amazing support its days like yesterday which set us apart from others and makes u feel so proud to be a stokie

Quote from the 5Live commentary "It's like a home game at the Britannia this", I kid you not! Great effort from the travelling support and special mention to Stephen Ireland for turning the game around.

I had my hands on my head until he announced Arny had scored. Glad it wasn't just me! Only thing is when I heard the noise I swore loudly and didn't hear them say arnoutovic had scored - has to be the longest I've gone without realising Stoke have scored before!

Had a quick search for some videos of the Stoke fans at yesterday's game and came across this clown. Very heavily edited to make it look like Spurs made some noise and completely missing our second goal. You know what to do! Invite his sister to Stoke basically

Fantastic support yesterday. Even 2-0 down the fans never shut up backing the side. I've got bloody bruises to show how good the celebration was

The only thing i had issue with was the bunch of idiots constantly looking for a fight. Not saying there wasn't any spurs fans stirring but they really are shameful (gladly only around 20 involved). I was right next to them and a lad whose first game it was and no older than 7 was very scared. I can see why some grounds don't sell beer based on that. Apart from that the other 1780 fans were brilliant.....now i need to get the muni song out my head, the mrs aint a fan....

I can't help imagining what Shaqiri was thinking up in the stands. Its things like yesterday that show what were about as a club and it would be impossible not to feel proud/part of something in the presence of such great support. If I were him I would be exited as hell and thinking "I've made the right choice here."

Not sure who I love most, Stoke the team, or Stokies, the nutters that follow the team. You did/always do us proud lads and lasses. I'm chuffed when I can get an away game to be with you.

Compare and contrast:
Last season at The Brit Spurs were losing 2-0 at half time and their fans revolted against the manager in the bar throwing their drinks around. In the second half the fans and team were pussy cats, offered no opposition and conceded another goal.
Yesterday at White Hart Lane Stoke were losing 2-0 at half time...

Spurs fans on Twitter were impressed with us... Great work there mate - really enjoyed those. The 'ntford' one at the bottom though is a Vale fan - good lad and was a cracking young footballer in his teens!
I've taken great pleasure in letting him know that his most popular tweet ever has been about Stoke City. Have tried to tempt him back into playing a few times but to no avail.
