You know what it is then ? I think it's what the quack did to me today Harry when he stuck a probe up my arse and took biopsies from my prostate. It fucking sounds something like it anyway. Hope he took his watch off

I think this window so far has been an absolute fcuk up by everyone at Stoke and just goes to show where the owners priorities lye and what the future holds, free signings and chasing targets that they're obviously kidding Joe public with.
Hughes must have the patience of a saint to put up with this lot.

Hughes must have the patience of a saint to put up with this lot. Well, judging by his comments today, Hughes clearly wants Yarmolenko, and he obviously wanted Konoplyanka and Shaqiri as well. I fail to see why you think "this lot" are responsible for us not acquiring the services of these players. He's been given the green light to sign them, but in two of the cases so far the players have rejected us. Do you have any proof that the owners are in some way responsible for pulling the plug on these deals? No you haven't. If you want to take the attitude that we're kidding the fans by chasing unattainable targets then have the balls to point the finger at the manager. That doesn't suit your agenda though does it?

That we are going into our first game of the season with such a limited first 11 We have dabbled, discussed and deturchitated an improved first 11 but clearly would rather take huge risks than financially shore up a very good first 11 Our support is more critical than ever but why we are left to be the 12th man when we should be looking to build on such strong foundations only the Coates family know. In Hughes we trust on a wing and a prayer Fucks sake, grow a pair.

Hughes must have the patience of a saint to put up with this lot. Hughes is part of the transfer team though. He's partly responsible for identifying these targets and also selling the club to players, so if they decide to go elsewhere he takes part of the "blame", which I'm sure he does as part of his responsibilities.

In Hughes we trust on a wing and a prayer One of the most I'll thought through posts I have seen . If this summer tells us anything it is how committed the owners and management are to building a sustainable, high quality club. Signing youth players from Real and barca is not cheap. Our goalkeeping strategy is incredibly forward looking, an experienced back up able to help a promising Number 1 and Number 3. We have added 2 Dutch, 1English and 1 German internationals plus a promising Spanish striker. Signing on fees and our wage bill will be swollen. Don't fall into the trap of looking at unconfirmed transfer fees, it is wages that drive performance. For a club with gates below 28,000 you should be amazed at the investment that has been made in wages and facilities.

Indeed it does sheik especially when we will also start without our payer of the season , skipper and goalkeeper of the last three years , not to Mention our main counter attaché threat from last season . Sad to see he manager exposed in this way not hard to see him feeling. Pretty let down by talk and media but no delivery can't believe he envisaged startimg the season with negative investment from the team that last played . Payer of the season, the award John Dreyer made famous. Think David Pleat won that when he was at Spurs.

The deturchitator in chief arrives. And incredibly manages to bring Huth into the conversation. Disappointingly missed an opportunity to belittle Glen Johnson. Haven't you got a car to splay you dullard?
