Januzaj would be a good shout. If not him, how about Lingard? Not really seen much of him but he seems to have done well in the Championship. Both good options From Shiqiri to lingard. I think I might turn into Benjie Biscuit.

Andreas Pereira? He's highly rated but have absolutely no idea what sort of level he is at at the moment.

The people who moan about arnies tracking back would have a field day with Januzaj.

I spoke to James Wilson 2 weeks ago and I asked him about going on loan and he said if it was down to him he won't as he can learn more in training than sitting on clubs benches and didn't want drop to the championship. He would only be a bench warmer here so imo it's a definite no goer.

Don't think United have got anybody viable for us to pursue tbh. Why do we need to have someone on loan here as part of the deal? If there isn't a particular target who would want to join us (Moses doesn't seem too keen), then just sell Bego MH had outstanding careers at both clubs - maybe that will be a positive for Stoke in any dealings with them Bego to Man Utd surely would be the better move for him, more likely to get the no 1 spot, near to his home.

Look just tell these penny-pinching Billionaires that you can have him for 8 mil plus 2 mil in add-ons. That's how I would hit them first thing at the negotiating table.

He would only be a bench warmer here so imo it's a definite no goer. And herein lies the problem with young Premier League players of today. Not willing to learn his trade at a lower club and would prefer to either sit on a bench or not be involved. How old is he? 19/20? Made about half a dozen appearances for the shit and yay hay!! Some commentator made a point during the England Italy U21 game last month, the Italians between them had 265 Serie A games under their belts collectively, England had 120 ish (figs may not be spot on but thereabouts). And we wonder why our national game is so poor. Get off to Wolves or somewhere Mr Wilson and make a name for yourself and learn!

Totally agree buzz, get out there learn your trade and come back stronger and better. Never did beckham any harm. But unfortunately that's the young players of today. Think there better than what they are. Not wanting bring pulis up but he did a cracking article in the paper the other week about spoilt young players.
You never know Wilson may have a change of heart but he seemed adamant he wasn't going out on loan

They'll be on a bloody good contract and when their parent club decide to let them move on they'll still get a good move because they've been schooled at The Shit, Chelsea, Liverpool etc. The hunger to learn and be a better player is drained away by instant financial success.

Evening StandardChelsea expect to complete the £8 million signing of Stoke keeper Asmir Begovic this week despite late competition from Manchester United.
Chelsea have already agreed personal terms on a four-year contract worth £75,000-a-week for the Bosnia international, who will become the new back-up to Thibaut Courtois.
Stoke rejected an initial offer worth £6m last Monday, but Chelsea were prepared to pay another £2m and are also set to loan them either winger Victor Moses or striker Patrick Bamford

Moses is the most important part of the deal for me. Even if its just on a loan at least that gets us sorted out wide for another year

Bamford seems to be a strange name to throw about for a loan. Where would he fit here with Joselu, Diouf and Crouch?
Can he do a job wide?

Don't think United have got anybody viable for us to pursue tbh. That's a quite incredible thought when you think about it. We have reached a level where the biggest club in the world doesn't have a player that is within our financial position or squad strength that is worth pursuing. I wonder if MH agrees? If it's a reasonable conclusion it shows how far we have advanced and how far ManU's lot has declined. It certainly seems that Chelsea have more to offer us in exchange for Bego.

Bamford will go out on loan to someone and we're obviously the easy link with the Bego deal. Don't think it's anything more than that tbh.

If we get Moses back and £8m I will be over the freaking moon!!! Funny what a year later does to a players perceived value. This time last year people on here were touting him for £15m because of his form and contract length. What doesn't sit comfortable with me is if he goes to Chelsea he will bench warm for most of the season as number 2 choice. As far as his Euro and World Cup chances are concerned that will not help him. However at this point we just need to get maximum we can with a decent fee and player loan. Question is does Moses want to come here again?

Moses didn't want to come to us, so why have someone to upset the dressing room. Can't see Bamford as our striking answer.

I'd be happy with Moses back on loan as part of the Bego deal. Indeed, given his injury problems last season, I think I'd be happier with a loan than a permanent signing at this stage.
I do hope he is getting a decent start to his pre-season at Chelsea - I'm sure lack of core fitness from too few games at Liverpool and too little pre season effort at Chelsea was a large part of the problem with his fitness last season.

I think it's more of a cse that Moses doesn't want to go loan (anywhere) for the third season on the spin. I.e. he wants a permanent deal somewhere I think he is out of contract next summer?
