Not sure how that works, the team looks pretty much the same to me, still haven't played well yet. 3 wins on the spin, first two clean sheets of the season? Against worse teams, Swansea were awful rather than us being anything good, I'm not complaining about winning while playing poorly but we still haven't clicked yet.

Whilst Seansea may have been poor it's still our first win there since the early 90s. We looked solid (I only saw the first 60) and again despite Villa's poor form we still went to Villa Park and did a professional job. With MVG as the man next to Whelan we lost at home to what is increasingly looking like another poor Liverpool, escaped with a point at Carrow Road and only fought back at Sours after he and Affelsy were replaced. I'm sorry but we do look better with Adam.

When Shaq hits the same sort of form as Arnie has then you'll see how much difference Adam's range of passing will make IMO

I'm still not expecting much at home though with so many playing on the break.

Nice one upthefud. Well worth bringing this back up to the top and showing the Oatcake brains trust how little they really understand about football! Adam will never get the credit he deserves from some Stoke fans Adam playing deep has added an extra-dimension to our play that we never had with Nzonzi. Needs to keep his discipline and positioning, but so far he has concentrated really well on the defensive side of his game. Yeah the inability to win at home. Ace! He was awful on Saturday and against Bournemouth (I didn't see the away games). And both times we've only really had Whelan turning up in midfield. Adam has waddled around doing naff all in both games. Apart from being a massive part of the problem that is ie the inability to keep the ball vs Bournemouth and against Watford the inability to drive us forward, keep the ball or help his midfield partner. In the other home game he got sent off for being a nob and it was along with Afellay being a nob the reason we lost. Nice one Charlie. Its been hard for you having to shut your mouth about Charlie Adam and Geoff Cameron the past couple of weeks hey Bayern? You must love it when we lose so you can start about the same players moaning again. Pathetic

Ill save you some time in writing posts on the oatcake. You can copy/paste this for every game if you want Cameron - Wank Wilson - Shit Bardsley - Toss Muniesa - Will play for Barca first team one day Adam - Fat and shit Seriously we know your opinions will never change on these players so why bother even discussing them on a messageboard? You arent interested in a discussion so save your energy

Adam clearly has his uses but in the home games this season he's been dreadful.

'Cameron's cameo on Saturday for instance was hilariously bad.'
Probably the most stupid nine words I've read on here for a long time.

He should have attacked the ball and not let it bounce. Instead he let it bounce, lost the physical battle and in the process got injured. It was absolutely abhorrent defending.

It wasn't great, I'll grant you. The thing is though, you point that out while ignoring blemish free, commanding performances that Geoff has put in, and pounce when he makes a mistake. I've seen Muniesa fuck ups that haven't been highlighted and analysed. It's not just you, either; it happens on here all the time. Certain players get passes. As for Wilson, Saturday did it for me, I'm afraid. I've never rated him, especially at center back.

I didn't see the away games in full so won't comment on what I haven't watched and in the Villa game he should have given away a penalty, again due to some shocking defending. I did see that bit! It was on MOTD!

So, he made a mistake (in your eyes, although I see no need to debate this point) and then was responsible for every other defender being shit thereafter. Some would see what happened as us losing a centre back early doors, one who has recently performed more than admirably, which then caused disruption in the side as he was replaced by a player who was well short of fitness and game time.

Yeah that's what I'm saying..... Of course not. It was the first of many basic errors that Premier League defenders shouldn't be making. All 3 shouldn't be playing regular Premier League football.

so convenient you miss the games where the players you hate actually play well maybe theres a link Bayern and you should stop watching Stoke games so that Geoff can play well without your critical eyes on him;)
