I didn't realise they'd lost 5 on the bounce.
I think they'll just about scrape out of it this season, but hopefully administration in the summer and a points deduction next season will see them gone.

Pretty piss Oh and they're losing. Not a bad attendance for the division they are in. Seem to remember Stoke getting gates of 7,000 in the top flight in the 80's and they were not brilliant crowds when we played tier 2 football not so many years ago. We seem to have picked up a fair few glory hunters since our promotion to the big time, what is to say Vale wont do the same. dont forget the vale bandwagon is on a roll now, they're goin to be playing us again in 2 seasons time don't you know ! maybe smurf should start looking under the rocks to find the other 80,000 fans to fill the wembley of the north !!

And if ever we were in the same division they would get bigger crowds. Don't forget that. Ever.

It's a dreadful attendance when you consider all bar 4 of the games in the basement division got higher attendances, including 8k at Luton and Plymouth and 6k at Shrewsbury and Wycombe.
Bristol Rovers got almost double in the Conference.
Give them the bullet and have done with them. It's bordering on cruelty.

Ha. I suppose we could make use of theirs? Do they even have any?
They would need to be painted/fumigated first to be fair.

From Shotty to Robbie (A Vale fan's plea to Robbie Williams):
This fella needs to get writing again, get them all rallied around. Black and Gold until they fold.

Crrrrrrrrrrrrriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggggge, never seen this before it makes you want to crawl up your own arse watching and listening to him, he says the lad on the piano is not a vale fan.....no shit sherlock, it looks like he has mastered personal hygene and he has an eductation, maybe he is his carer, and the other lad......show him your instrument, show him your instrument, show him your instrument...... I wondered where it was going. "I werk aht doletuns, ya can smell the Vale frum ther rob, well at leest the bogs, yer carnt even ave decent piss at vale...wel thes no muny is the rob"......jesus wept!! Wheres sir Bob when you need him, I am digging deep myself on this one, give them money nowwww!! And this just re-affirms everything that I think and say about the Fail and its soap dodging fans, give the third world folk of Burslum something that they really need in their lives, the sooner the place is bulldozed and is replaced by a poundland or a Lidl the better.

The only solace they have is beating us 15-20 years ago when we sank to their level.
Normal service is now resumed and Pork Vile are a footnote in Potteries football.

The 90s were blips for both clubs, correct me if I'm wrong but it was the only time we'd been in the 3rd tier and Vale had been in the 2nd. Mainly due to Bill Bell pumping money into Vale for players, and us focusing long term by spending our money on a future-proof stadium. I'd quite like the odd 3rd round cup tie with them where the gulf in class shows, but as far as I'm concerned I never want to see a repeat of the 90s.

Vale were doing well due to one man and one man alone - John Rudge.

Also noticed 3 of the teams beneath them have a game in hand, its only Colchester who are 2nd bottom who couldn't catch/overtake them with the game in hand.

only really Yeovil are certain to go down Anyone from 15th and lower could fill the other 2 places. 6 defeats in a row now - worst run since 97/98 according to Soccer Saturday.
