I wasn't doubting that. Is it absolutely true because you know it yourself though or is it because you believe it to be true based on who told you the info? For example, 2 weeks ago I was told that there was real doubts as to whether Shawcross would play again this season. Now I don't doubt the person that told me and I believe it to be true. I don't know its true though and there is a difference. I was just trying to establish which this is. Shame for Odemwingie if true because I know he genuinely believed he would play again this season. Dave i understand what your saying mate but the info is from the horses mouth Nice one mutters. Knew I could get the source out of you ;-) Sad news for odemwingie. Hopefully its a minor set back for him.

We have not had a single break this season have we? Every bloody injury turns out to me much longer and much worse Bloody amazing what we have achieved - simply outstanding I don't think so. Most of them have been of the torn muscle/torn ligament variety. Can't recall the last broken bone.

We would be in a right mess were we in the Europa Cup this year. I reckon we would have run out of players!

www.stokesentinel.co.uk/Stoke-City-Bojan-treats-team-mates-wish-snaps/story-26155544-detail/story.html?He also disclosed that Peter Odemwingie is back in the swing after recent corrective surgery following his own cruciate knee ligament injury from the end of August. "He had a little operation to put a few minor things right that hadn't gone to plan about 10 days ago," Bowen told the club's video player. "He seems to have really kicked on from there and speeded up his progression. "If you're asking me when he's likely to be back, it might be before the end of the season. "When you talk to him he seems to be in a very good place mentally. "We've missed his ability, but also his bubbliness around the place and he's much liked within the group."

If we got Odem back before the end of the season, who knows? 8th and even 7th might be a real possibility.

Odemwingie back would be a huge boost for the squad and the lad personally.
Come on Pete!

If we got Odem back before the end of the season, who knows? 8th and even 7th might be a real possibility. He has been out for 6-7 months so is not going to be able to comeback immediately the same player as he was last season. He will likely need 2-3 months after he is back playing before he can reach any sort of level he was at before so I wouldn't expect anything this season. I think the fact he will be back this year will help him for next season providing he gets a contract.

It'd be nice seeing him come off the bench for the last 3/4 games. He really fits the 4231 formation perfectly.

Dare to fucking dream what this season could have been. Simply amazing what we've accomplished with all roadblocks we have been forced to endure. Honestly feel, with a fit and healthy squad next season, it could be truly magical.

Honestly feel, with a fit and healthy squad next season, it could be truly magical. Spot on a couple of decent additions and keeping hold of our best players could take us top 8 if we have an injury free season. Keeping Hughes is key too. We're getting to a stage now where we're strong in nearly every department and have very little deadwood remaining. It would be lovely if we could start next season with a front 4 of Odom...............Bojan.......,,,,,,,,Moses .........................Diouf..........................
